One thing that Is really cool about rocket league is that you can’t really carry over skills from other games (excluding sarpbc of course). Like in all FPS’s you will still have your good aim from other games but for rocket league, everyone who plays the game started fresh.
I mean, league of legends dominates its own game mode and there is no player that switches from lol to dota or vice versa. So you can argue that in lol everyone started fresh as well

My proudest moment will always be watching that game 7 jstn game winner, Im sure it was even better in person but watching that on my little couch trying to get into grand champ witnessing that was just something else

Great video. For those of you who like this kind of content i can not recommend the Melee Smash Doc enough. Despite the games being different genres there are a ton of similarities between melee and RL (difficult mechanics, mental outplay, sandbox physics, etc). You might just discover a new favorite esport

One of my favorite aspects of rocket league is how vastly different the pro 1v1's are compared to 3's. When you remove the team aspect of the game it becomes like a fighting game where you play footsies to try and get stage control / positioning or catch your opponent over extending and things like that. As a spectator its very refreshing to have such vastly different viewing experiences
I’ve been saying this for over a year, rocket league is the chess to the sports games are to checkers. Watching pros and their schemes is like art, just as it is with chess. Beautiful stuff

This video is deep.... I started playing in late season 2 and I never seen rocket league the way this video describes it. The key point that touched me is that there's no set animation for example like csgo where you only have 1 animation for each gun reloading or other games where you can only do a certain thing at a certain place. But with rocket league, it's legit a sandbox where you can control your car however you like and whenever you like in any way imaginable. And to even do all that in ranked is insane too. There should be a world cup for this game in the future.
I legitimately think this is the best, most well made Rocket League video on youtube, in that it showcases EVERYTHING that makes this game so great, that I could never put in to words.

I recently got the opportunity to play it, I’m 4 days of playing time and and WOWWWWWW. It is hands down the best game I have ever played. The amount of things to learn is infinite. This game has sparked my gaming motivation once again
