Seems like this video fails right at the start by suggesting that bara doesn't involve the use of pre-existing materials. I'm pretty sure anyone who has read Genesis chapter 2 can see a description of God using soil and a rib bone (pre existing) to bara Adam and Eve.
This presentation seems lazy. Most theistic evolutionists these days are not scientific concordists. This video completely misses the target. Try making a video critiquing John Walton's Lost World of Adam and Eve. Then this video might be more relevant.
