Nice finish if your going for that effect but I would not call that polished but that's no insult I always appreciate any other fellow spread! We use micro-cement or Venetian for decorative plastered walls usually in the UK
Love your work sir but have a quick one can you put up links to the stuff you used I’m looking on web site and can’t read it or fine pigment numbers would be most helpful and keep up the good work.
Its risk-lime plaster is hidroscopic but if you use special coatings, maybe it work. Where is diferent lime plaster whith white cement and two component acrilic coatings- novacolor wall2floor what you can use for this. You can check our instagram : stiprios, we did two projects with this material.
Just as a point of reference, how long did it take for you to plaster this one wall? Did you need to wait a full day for the plaster to cure, before applying the wax? (Sorry if it's an amateur question. Gonna try and attempt this in my home)
Hello there I visted your webpage after watching this video Where you can find those all product you use in this techniques I am doing up my room and looking for an idea Thank you
beautiful video and work, I am so disappointed you are not telling us the product you're priming with, or the wax and what you are mixing it with....I have been searching for a video just like this and cannot find anything as beautiful....only one problem you are not telling us what and where and how...
PLEASE REPLY: Did you add pigments to the lime plaster or JUST to the wax? You said that you used 257 Pigment Wax. Did you diluted and apply a second coat to get the color contrast on the wall? If that is not how you did it, how did you get the color contrast? Did you use any other Pigments?
I mix plaster with 254 pigment and wax with 257 in this work- color contrast is coming with diferences of surfases - polished part not take so much pigment from wax
I want to make sure I understand. Is the difference of wall surface coming from sanding/scraping the first layer of plaster? -At 1:50 in your video you being scraping/sanding the wall down. The more you do that to a spot on the wall, the less pigment it will take and the lighter it will be when you do a second coat of plaster? At 1:23 you apply plaster that looks white. Is that a second coat of plaster? Why is it white? I am sorry to ask so many questions. Your work looks amazing and I would love to create a similar wall if I can.
i sand/scrap second , not first ,leyer just to remove some rising parts. if you sand dry wall it takes much more pigmented wax, becouse you broke a surfase what was polished with metal trowel on the wet second layer off plaster. yes its second layer of plaster- its not white- it not good mixed with pigmet- every inperfect in process make perfect in final result ,my foreigin friend...
Hello! Will this type of application be durable in the long term? From what I experience in construction, plaster is better applied to textured surfaces because it adheres well. I am curious if with this method (plaster on primer, I assume is relatively smoother texture) the plaster holds up well too?
hello, hello!!!)) i used all manufacture system- a cebos fix r primer has little fracion calcids and surface after this not smooth but more like abrasive paper and plaster holds up wery well.
you can't make concrete look with concrete))) in fin layer. where to buy-use google cebos pozzolano or istinto lime plaster. dont uderstad last question.
Yes it says "Cebos pozzolano plaster" but in the video 0:41 the 2 black and brown buckets are 'Ceboart Stucco' that's why I ask? Cebos pozzolano tubs seem to be blue and black on their website.
real concrete walls are built using things called FORMS, these forms are typically between 3 and 8 feet wide, where the forms meet you get a joint that creates a small ridge on the concrete wall
do you have a list of products used? what is the dark substance you used with the wax?
Great results! thanks
Absolutely stunning result. I'd love to do this in my next project!
Nice finish if your going for that effect but I would not call that polished but that's no insult I always appreciate any other fellow spread!

Hey!
I was wondering if one can use cement plaster instead of lime one? Why do you use lime particularly?
What kind of primer is that? I’d be happy stopping right after the primer - its so pretty! haha
Simple outdor acrilic primer with pigment.
Can I do this to a basement Cinder block wall should it be water seal painted 1st ?
Love your work sir but have a quick one can you put up links to the stuff you used I’m looking on web site and can’t read it or fine pigment numbers would be most helpful and keep up the good work.
Plaster and wax -cebos pozolano, pigments i dont remember maybe 252 or 254 , you can chose what you like.
I under stand about pigment just can’t see it on cebos websit
What type of tool did you use to create the rough finish.
Wax! Did I miss it? What kind of wax?
Do you know what polished concrete is?
I'm curious, has anyone used a dye on the wax to give it a subtle color?
Dope finish ever
cool wall. also, what's the title of the music?
dont remember
Seeger - John Deley and the 41 Players
Looks a million dollars! thanks for sharing :)
Can this be done to a wall in a shower? If not do you have the materials to do that?
Its risk-lime plaster is hidroscopic but if you use special coatings, maybe it work. Where is diferent lime plaster whith white cement and two component acrilic coatings- novacolor wall2floor what you can use for this. You can check our instagram : stiprios, we did two projects with this material.

i wait full day to aply wax.
Can you apply the same technique to an exterior wall?
I mean, is it going to be durable?
you must change materials for exterior
@NITESH P maybe microcement , all so there is archi+concrete by novacolor that says its for exterior
awesome!!
Is it possible to list material and technique used in this project?
Thanks much

Its same wax with pigment.

I don't fink so. Its cebos wax for decoative purposes.

Hi, what version of the lime concrete did you use CEMENTO or Stucco?
read descripcion my friend.))
Yes it says "Cebos pozzolano plaster" but in the video 0:41 the 2 black and brown buckets are 'Ceboart Stucco' that's why I ask? Cebos pozzolano tubs seem to be blue and black on their website.
No it isnt- its brown and black))maybe you see old pacages- use google -cebosart pozzolano
Thanks a bunch!
glad to help
Polished?
a little bit))) but you can polish more lime plaster when its wet
Many thanks - I'll try this - much appreciated video.
Why did you leave that seam in the center of the wall?
I want to know as well. I wonder if he did two different undercoats, or finishes.
A real concrete wall has seams. I think the seam makes it look more realistic.
real concrete walls are built using things called FORMS, these forms are typically between 3 and 8 feet wide, where the forms meet you get a joint that creates a small ridge on the concrete wall
It’s art
he look sick?
lovely
Really!!! You call this a polished wall?? A POLISHED wall????? Really??
Really really -welcome to my reality.
Really!!! (should have used question marks). You call that a tree, man? A TREE????? Really??
I agree, not polished at all. Polishing would be A LOT messier.
It did look great. But definitely not polished wall.
Abi
That looks like a really poor job. And why would someone want a concrete finish on top of drywall?
SMH. Guess you know how to do a way better job huh?
Love all this cool stuff you can never buy at stores in North America!! Thanks for nothing.
I like it
So....... where was the polishing?? 👎
don't really like it other people might good video
Not!!!
ok that does not look polished at all. Define polished.
fake
That is the shittiest work Ever.
