I suggest you take some public speaking, presentation classes. You go down tangents and are also repetitive. Your volume was too high. You do have potential if you practice speaking, and organize your presentation. What is “Developer”? Does this come separately? How should it/they be applied to hair? For how long? You missed the boat on this one. Better luck next time.
