The cost of this procurement should come out of HAL budget. Useless buggers have yet to produce anything battletested and trusted by the IAF. Tejas has yet to be fielded in any Red Flag Exercises so we have a relaistic idea of its actual functional capabilities.
That works out to approx 2000 crore per aircraft. 100 million USD is about 830 crores today. Doesn't sound right. Aircraft carrier jets generally carry a much lighter barrage of missiles and are also probably lighter in weight as compared to their land operating variants. All missiles used for the land variants of the Rafale should be common to its marine variant.
Considering the delay in finalizing the MRFA contract, failure to order 36 additional Rafale for the IAF is a big mistake. India would have got a better deal from France, if 36 additional Rafale were ordered for the IAF along with 26 Rafale M for the Indian Navy.
We have been hearing this for long. Nothing happens and the enemy is knocking at our doors. Why don't the Government change the RM and appointment someone with better caliber.
Delaying this deal might cause India a permanent damage. Slap Rahul Gandhi and finish the deal fast. Please. Also, what's up with these 20-25 planes? India should buy 100 Rafales for AF and more for IN.
hahahah Pakistan Air Force knows Rafale inside out....we know its capabilities and its weakness. by the way...has IAF worked out to tackle Electronic Warfare displayed by PAF on 27/2....would be embarrassing to india if your cockpits gets busted once again !!
India like to manufacture everything from Toys to Aircrafts. Well.. good deed indeed. But then do we have an eco system for these. The answer is No. Even the automotive industry we just do the body designs and development. Have we developed any engine or transmission unit yet?.. No. We call ourselves IT superpower..! Totally absurd. Hardware..? Chips?. We like to manufacture chips..! Well good indeed. But what about building an eco system for it.. something which Taiwan suggested. We don't have any. The truth stares at us. We need to promote and update SMMEs in India to have a strong industrial base. Well the chest thumbers may not agree. But then sadly even today we need a chinese charger devise to power our mobile phones..!!
Early 36 Rafale Squadron of jets bought for Rs 56000 crores and now 26 aircraft for Rs 50000 crores 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 The choice is the best but cost factor is too high.
@@amitsaxena6378 Yes Sir, correct the cost of one F35 Our country can afford two Rafale and hoping the TECHNOLOGY transfer under defence procurement agreement. Today one F35 costs approximately Rs 1,024 crores and can increase as per the variants
I have been hearing of MMRCA/MRFA/MMRCA 2.0 from over a decade now...
Looks like MRFA will not be ready by 2050 😁
Seriously Modi will go to any extent to save Anil Ambani.
Sounds about right! The bribe payers and the bribe takers! A match made in heaven; all utterly corrupt (or hell)! 🏴🇬🇧✌🏻

Yeah at gorakhpur and lately in assam, kalaikunda or allahabad. I told hal to cover and focus on the hardpoints only. Rest would be imported.

Wonder why Indian Govt not buying 5th generation F 35 ??? Much more advanced stealthy than older 4.5 generation Rafale.
modi/BJP/NDA will make a fixed deposit in France by importing some king size toy drone.

France is ripping off India. Develop your own jets. Looking outwards will not beneficiary.
For reference a billion dollars is 8000 Cr
Nobody else thinks it's absurd that each plane costs roughly 2000 Crores?! And we're buying 26 of them?!
That's what I call back up 🇮🇳
But for MRFA go for Su57
But su57 are inferior to rafales. Rafale is more battle proven than su57 which is just a prototype
@@SirajGupta-ob1nxсу-57 сбил ракетой р-37м, су-27 на расстоянии более 200 километров! Что сбил рафаль?

Deliver in 2030 after UAE 80 jets
Why they invest too much on rafale ?? Why not sukhoi latest
Rafale is better for the navy.
@@pnstudios925 well said I thought rafale is ship lol
India should buy other countries fighter planes like how we invest in many products
Go for su57 or F35

What about AMCA program?
Why not F 35 or F 22..
And space main satellites repairing ke liye astronauts bhejkar. 14000 crore commissions to usa for the elections.
