    Sa mga consumer ito pa ang gagawin natin, pag may ganyang case if di nila aayusin mag sabi sa DTI, matik yan ilang araw lang tatawagan ka na. Ng game1 game extreme datablitz etc. Franchise nila mawawala pag di nila inayos.

    Laos talaga sa pinas in terms warranty napakatagal. Dito sa UAE nung kasagsagan ng rog ally ngkaprob sakn but it takes only 7 days then right after nakuha ko na agad nagnotify sa email ko then tumawag pa sila na ready for pick up. Hayss Pinas.

    buti maayos pa pakikipag usap ng staff ng GAME EXTREME sayo.
    Yung lalaking staff dun sa cashier, parang walang alam yan. Experience ko jan, nagtatanong ako magkano ang (MC keys) keyboard, ang sagot wala kagad. Hindi man lang naghanap. Sya lang tao doon that time. Ako pa nagturo kung saan nakalagay. Napa bili na din ako kc kaylangan ko na.
    The point is, parang walang customer service training yung staff jan.
    Nakaka panghinayang sa part ng business owner. Sana magkaron ng spot audit.

    happy for you JC and at the same time, nakakalungkot sa naging experience mo. kasi paano kung hindi kayo umabot sa ganung point na magalit ka pa, or paano yung customer is walang time katulad nung ginawa mo. I hope maayos yung maging policy nila pati nadin sa ibang game store jan sa pinas! I hope wala nang maging issue yung PS portal mo!

    Usually sa Warranty claims 30 to 45 working days ang hihintayin, pero pag lumagpas yon dapat palit bago or credit memo yun, kaso sa nangyari sayo sir hindi natin alam kung sino ang may mali kung yung staff ng GX, Office ng GX, or yung Supplier nila 😅 pero kita naman kulang din sa follow up yung staff ng GX at yung office nila.

    sad part talaga sa pinas mga aftersales lalo na mga imported goods pahirapan minsan. naexperience yan ng kaibagan ko laptop naman, 2 months walang abente kasi nag iintay daw ng parts tas ending after mag 3 months na yun biglang saasbihin ng tech nila na inadvice daw sila na notcovered daw ung warranty kasi liquid damage. pinag hintay ng 2 months pero di daw pwede i warranty. ending sinamahan ko sa gilmore, within 2 hrs nasa kanya na laptop. umay talaga napagastos, pero ung abala, kasi studyante walang magamit na laptop for 2 months patapos na ung sem ng nakuha. dapat pag me gantong 1 month palang na walang galaw, kung meron ka naman followers at malaki following, vlog ka sa DTI mismo na me jurisdiction dun sa shop na yon para rektahan na

    sa mga gadgets ko yun PC monitor ko lang ang nasira halos mag 2mos pa lang ata nag no power na pero nung dinala ko sa iTech sabi nila mga 3mos daw bago maayos since baka daw dalhin pa sa manila so ok lang sabi ko...di umabot ng 1month nagtext sila na pwede na daw makuha ang unit ayun sabi nila itago ko pa rin ang resibo kasi under warranty pa rin daw sya at pwede ibalik sa kanila.. sa Datablitz naman ang alam ko diretso na sa service center daw kahit under 7days pa lng yun unit which is hastle na sa customer..

    ganyan talga mga ibang shop, may pa approve approve pa kunyare ng ilan months pero kahit one week kung tutuusin pwede na ipa approve yan,may mga staff lang talga n mga ma feelingero na purkit naka benta na e pag warranty na ang pag uusapan tamad na tamad na asikasuhin o minsan feel lang nila patagalin ..

    Ako nga Yung dual sense ko na binili ko sa datablitz nasira. Tpos nung dinala ko sa knila para sa warranty..di nila tinanggap kami daw sapat pumunta dun sa paco manila pa para lang dun maayos. Pero dapat sila tlga dapat Ang nagdala nun dun Hindi Ang customer. Simula nun d n ako bumibili Ng mga gadgets sa datablitz. Direct sa Taiwan n ko kumukuha Ng mga accessories Ng console ko at madali lng pag nagka issue.

    Ganyan talaga sa store na yan. Nalalala ko sobrang hassle nung bumili ako PS5 jan. Dapat via installment kukunin ko, nag try ako ng iba ibang credit cards ko, ayaw daw pumasok, panay error or what. Tumawag ako sa bank, okay naman daw on their end. Sa sobrang inis ko, kasi antagal ko sa counter nila, nag suggest ako na i try straight payment. Himala, isang swipe tapos na. Eto yung mga panahon na forced bundle pa sila around 40k plus. Tinanggap ko nalang kesa totally masayang lang oras ko. Luckily wala naging issue console ko kahit paso na warranty. Pero di nako bibili ng any electronics jan. Games pwede pa. 😂

    Nag work ako dati sa ganyan gaming store as sales associate usually ganyan talaga patakaran nila lalo na pag lumagpas na ng 7days replacement.pag manufacturer warranty na yan asahan mo subject for testing pa yan sa office bago yan ipadala sa mismong manufacturer lalo na pag high value yung item di yan basta basta mpapalitan hahaa

    Same experience din ako sir pero sa ibang, Shop ang shop na to is Datablitz new Ps4 controller nasira after 3 months pero grabe ingat at hindi nababagsak d rin msyado bugbog sa gamit kasi pang palitan ko sya. 3months din kundi ko snabe na irereport ko sila or need ko pmunta or makausap ung supervisor hindi papalitan at hindi rin brandnew pnalit.😅😅 nung hindi nandaw marepair.

    Haha weird policy ng warranty ng gamextreme. Manufacturer warranty ni logitech sa racing wheel is 2 years. Sa kanila 1 year lang. Pag ni raise mo concern sa logitech. Sasabihin dun sa binilihan dalin which is gamextreme. Pag dinala mo sa gamextreme sasabihin 1 year warranty lang.

      @@kevinbautista1230 i doubt. PS portal is manufactured nang sony. And we have sony service center dito. Just like para sa PS. Tumatanggap ang sony service center nang PS issues. Pinapahaba mo lang din yung process kung sa distributor ka lalapit. Dahil sa service center din nila dadalin yan.

    nag pa warranty din ako sa Datablitz ng Omelet Pro Controller ko, analog drift ang problema, naglagay pa ko ng instruction kung pano nila matetest yung sinasabi ko na Drifting, after 1 month nagtext, wala daw sira yung omelet controller. Pinadala ko lang kasi sa kapatid ko kasi nasa probinsya ako nakatira, kung ako and nagpunta dun baka ganyan din ginawa ko. Hindi naman ko naman ibabalik yun ng walang sira hindi naman ako tanga katulad nung technician nila.

    Palpak tlaga warranty sa pilipinas kahit sa datablitz ganyan. bumili ako ng battlefield 1 expired yung code tapos nung bumalik ako sa pinagbilhan ko sabe ang kontakin ko daw yung publisher ng laro hahaha nung nag message ako sa publisher ang sabe tanungin ko daw yung pinagbilhan ko.

    Ganyan din sa anbernic ng kapatid ko,, gameextreme pinarepair kasi hindi gumagana ung 2nd slot ng sd card, ilang months din at follow up bago makuha tpos ang naisama kasi ung original sd card, nung nakuha nila after ilang months ang nakasama na sd card ung stock os ng anbernic..

    same experience ko dyan sa gamextreme akin naman nintendo oled una problem sa Joycon sabi aabot daw ng ilang buwan bago mabalik dko nalang pinagawa, pero yung na sira yung console na within the month period d na nila tinagap kasi lagpas na daw ng araw. kaya d na ako bumili dyan nag direct na ako sa nintendo store sa shopee. hindi na makakaisa sakin yan store na yan.

    Tama ba dinig ko 22.5k bili mo lods? Dapat nga talaga palitan nila x2 ba naman yung price nila sa totoong msrp. Kahit palitan nila d pa sila lugi nun wala lang silang kita sa tubo nila.

    Dapat naman tlga bago ang pinapalit kapag may defect. Sa Bahrain nakakatuwa ang warranty nila, nung almost 2 mos pa lng nagagamit nang nasira agad ang ASUS laptop ng asawa ko, pero pinalitan nila agad ng bago nung pinabalik ako. BRAND NEW LAPTOP. EWAN, bakit ganyan sa Pinas...

    Sir Jc Caloy, Sa game x treme din ako bumili ng ps5. Walang seal ung PS5 units nila. Ok lang kaya yon? 1 week palang naman unit ko so far ok pa naman. Kinabahan lang ako bgla haha.

    halos lahat naman ng mga resellers dito sa pinas. after ka nila bentahan bahala ka na sa buhay mo. kelan kaya ma babago yung ganyan way of thinking lalo na sa customer service.. ang ending ehh need mo pa magalit bago nila actionan.. panu na lang kung wala camera? kawawa din mga staff ang may problema dyan yung management.

      Madali lang sabihin mo sa kanila tatawag ka sa DTI.. karipas agad yan pwede kasi maalis yung franchise nila. Ginawa ko na yan sa Datablitz tumawag dti. Ayun mga 2 days biglang tumawag at rereplace unit ko.

    Sa gamextreme din ako bumili switch oled naman nagkagreen tint after 3 days. Naghintay pa ako ng 5hrs kasi di sila makapagdecide kung ano gagawin hinintay pa pumasok yung manager nila buti pinalitan ng bago kaya lang after 2 months may green tint na naman kakasawa na pinabayaan ko na.

    Mga trabahenteng pinoy kasi talaga karamihan ayaw magtrabaho ng maayos. Pero lugi ka bro. Almost 4 months tapos di man kang inextend warranty.
    Mala fast food, gobyerno kung san man , ang hirap magnanap ng pilipinong maayos magtrabaho, parang kala mo laging aping api.
