      You also didn’t hear about exorbitant property taxes, increased crime, & fights breaking out at school board meetings. Do your research Before buying Any property within 50 miles of Austin!

    Your thoughts on Manor or liberty Hill Texas?

    • @AustinTX
      @AustinTX  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have a lot on both, but I’ll keep it super short. Liberty Hill has a lot of beautiful neighborhoods and gorgeous homes. It’s also right next to Leander which is growing like crazy.
      I’m not a fan of Manor, there isn’t as much growth there aside from several residential neighborhoods.

    Your videos are so helpful! I grew up in Cedar Park and now plan on moving back to the Austin area to raise our family - everything has changed so much from what I remember! Curious about your thoughts on dripping springs and Lakeway!

      Howdy! Dripping Springs and Lakeway both have wonderful developments, but offer different things. It depends greatly on what you want o be near to and what things you guys enjoy doing. Pricing wise, both are fairly similar. Dripping Springs has a slight country under tone, while Lakeway has more of a burb feel with lots of shopping, restaurants, and the prestige of being Lakeway :)

    Any thoughts on Liberty Hill? Hearing it’s the new cedar park.

      Hey there! That entire area is growing like crazy. Liberty Hill is pretty far north, but I think it’s going to benefit from all the growth that is happening in Leander as well. 😊

    Good Job Daphne, I have seen you dancing salsa, and Diego too…Arriba Peru y Puerto Rico, I think I have to way a correction in prices to buy a house, maybe 6 months , Am I right ?

    • @AustinTX
      @AustinTX  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Jose, thanks for the support ! 💃🏼
      I’m not sure that we’ll be seeing a correction necessarily. The market is catching up with prices now. Meaning; if a home was listed for 700k in March and sold for 850k, today that same home will be listed for 850k and likely sell for 850/860k.
      The spring is historically the busiest time for the housing market. More competition and over all higher home prices.
      I’m doubtful that we’ll see a true “correction” in Austin.
      Not sure if that helps answer your question. Let me know, happy to explain more ☺️

      @@AustinTX I think southeast of Austin airport is going to be the place for cheaper homes , because the developments there are going to push higher the home prices…Don’t think so ?

      Reeeeallly depends on the area though. You’re right, top rated high schools are tougher to find
