Great job! This was very helpful. My husband and I are thinking of relocating from south Atlanta. I found this video very informational.

Please make more videos. If you can more videos on the upcoming areas in Austin, including upcoming development projects like colony park and such. Your insights are great, and I'm sure you would fill a void for all those searching on where to settle down in Austin. Keep it up love the videos.

Great video, thank you. What are your thoughts on Wimberley if not needing to get into Austin regularity? I would love to hear your pros and cons if it too. Thanks!

Hey Jeremy, I like Wimberley a lot. My only real negative is that the schools are not great, at least from a scoring perspective.

How would you compare the desirability of Dripping Springs vs. Spicewood? They are both exurbs of Austin.

"Dripping Springs to Fredricksburg" is our wine country like"Sonoma or Napa Valley?" That's about as ludicrous as saying the "Gulf of Mexico at Galveston is our Pacific Ocean at Pebble Beach".

"There's vineyards, breweries and distilleries?" That's the most assinine reason tp move to ANY area......

Not a quick route 2 hrs one way into Austin, ugly city, no food, zero shops, cant use water, water fees on bills, HEB too small, over developed, new homes built less than 5 feet apart, now a fire hazard, no police, ems, school tax higher than lake Travis, small enrollment for high tax bonds, did i say nothing open past 7pm. New homes built very poor, lots of plumbing issues building issues. RAT infestation due to sewage plant being placed in Big Sky ranch. Rat tunnels everywhere and now a snake infestation.Property taxes are insane goof luck getting anywhere with Hays county tax appraisals to actual $$$$. All they do is double the appraised value to base you taxes off new appraised value the next year, reguardless if you can actually sell for 1/2. Also homeowners insurance wentfrom $700 yo $$3,500 year with no coverages. Some companies have now pulled out due to homes being built so close together. Not regulation but inspections keep getting signed off, however homeowners will no longer cover now.

The name Dripping Springs sounds like a retirement home for ...just men.
