Have been to the Villages a few times..i refer to it as the Ant Farm! Would never move there, but might think about OTOTW. Honestly being in the North Georgia mountains OTOTW looks pretty sparse/barren relatively speaking. Would need to visit there for a better feel .

We would consider buying two 2000 sq feet houses as long as they were next to each other, is that still available at OToTW or is it built out? Who owns OTOTW (Eg the Morse family owns TV)? Thank you.
No, they do not force you. If you live in maintenance free at On Top Of The World, it’s in your HOA that On Top Of The World tells you with a letter usually a year in advance when you have to replace your roof.

If you would like a copy of the HOA, send me your email and I will forward you the rules, covenants and deed restrictions. They also paint the home every seven years and you are required to have a condo insurance policy.
