Gur Aam Recipe | গুড় আম | Tok Jhal Misti Bengali Style Aamer Achar | Sweet & Sour Raw Mango Pickle

Gur Aam or Aamer Achar is a sweet and sour mango pickle which is very popular in every Bengali household. It is prepared with raw mango and jaggery which gives the pickle heavenly combination of sourness and sweetness. Adding spices to the pickle gives an extra kick.
This summer, try the Gur aam recipe and enjoy this delicious pickle throughout the year by storing it in glass container. Minimum shelf-life of this achar (pickle) is 3-4 months which can be further extended by drying the pickle under sunlight after preparing!
