- Bored with the rhona, I created this...
when these things come together, I like to kind of follow the trail of the melody and see where it takes me..so to speak. this began as one thing and ended as another, and I think I really like it.
in the story of Lord Huron's Son of a Gun..the cowboy rides into town and sweeps the girl off her feet, all the while not being the man she thought he was. he was a gun totin badass, but he fell in love too, although he could not leave the life behind him.
the song Lullaby describes a weathered outlaw, back from doin dastardly deeds...
in the song Louisa, it is said that he only stays dead until he sees her again. so that is why in the video hes only a skeleton when hes out doin dirt
so this is kind of a audio visual representation of how I see the story
