I know this trailer makes the framerate look rough but I've not had any issues playing on Switch. Grove Street did a good job with the port. Juat wish they would fix supply drops clipping into terrain so you can't open them.
It's still in ASA. They'll never fix that. 😂🎉

@@Darkwulf78 i played on both switch and pc, since i built one like 8 month ago, and the supply drops going into the mesh is just at some part of the maps in the real ark, while on switch it's like almost all the time, i tried to play gen 2 this morning for the nostalgia but bro now that io have a pc with a 4070 i feel like it's unplayable while before i was super excited

Yeh Ark survival evolved seems so so long time after WC closed the official servers miss my tribe mates from there too. But couldn't resist getting a ps5 to get ascended but despite fantastic graphics and a few modifications in building and stuff it's not the same vibe.. Hard to find good people to team up with.

The good old times.. :( I miss new ASE content so so much. Loved it, the hype for each DLC was real. Sadly we havent got any new content for years now and we wont get new stuff for the next few years aswell, just recycled content and a new jump n' run here or there..

If the switch 2 has retrocompatibility this might run at 60 fps
Now if only drops actually worked on switch. Then it might be barely playable. They descend and spawn like normal but they're all offset weirdly by a foundation or two from other releases of the game. As such most of them cannot be accessed because they don't touch down where they were originally meant to and are mostly obstructed.

Ok, hear me out, guys in the comments. I might be crazy or something but i'm pretty sure they are re-releasing these DLCs and stuff for Switch 1 because of Switch 2 launching next year, If we go look up the rumours about the next Switch 2 almost all sources say that it'll come with backwards compatibility. So in few words, in Switch 2 this game will run smoothly and in a way better quality but they want ppl from Switch 1 also be able to be part of it. Also taking into account Switch 1 has sold insane amount of consoles all over the world. I think what they are doing now by remastering ARK exclusivelyfor Switch 1 was and is quite smart.
The Rockwell boss fight runs on 30 fps on my 900 euro pc. It’s probably not even gonna load on the switch😭🙏

you guys put in the most RIDICULOUS attention to detail, you recreated the original launch trailer, but on switch. There's very clear differences but you guys kept them as similar as possible, to the point some scenes look identical.
