Using MSH external governor and telemetry for setting scale head speed at 80% power.

On the previous clip, I had only 56% power reported by telemetry from a HW200 V4 hooked to iKon2 running MSH fw .189 beta version and a 4035HT-470kV motor (with a ratio of 13.7) and 1150 head speed. If using a YGE esc or a Tribunus II, the value becomes a more accurate 67%.
The goal is to achieve 1100-1150 rpm head speed at 80% external governor setting using similar head ratio as Roban's 13.8 on HSM8.
