Hi Ashell, with mobile home parks there are two types; those where you own the home and the land (real property) and those where you own just the home (personal property). The latter usually has an additional lot rent but often includes more amenities. Depending on which you'd prefer there are a few parks that I would recommend but not many in South Lakeland unfortunately. They tend to be more in central and North Lakeland.
