    She should hold that sidewinder saw with authority
    Most contractors won’t even let an apprentice handle that powerful saw until ready

    Low income ? $400,000. Houses
    Why can't you fix the trajectory of low income families.
    there are millions getting subpar education in rotten violent schools .
    For example
    Project Baltimore analyzed 2017 state test scores released this fall. We paged through 16,000 lines of data and uncovered this: Of Baltimore City’s 39 High Schools, 13 had zero students proficient in math.
    So of 39 baltimore schools ,13 schools had 0 students who could pass basic Math .

    This is what being willing to do the extra work can get you. Most people want it handed to them.

      Not really. The majority want to have Paid Ownership & Opportunities like Military Service & the hopefully revamped CCC bring for THE GOOD: (John McCain's Legacy/ies): McCain Institute🌅🗽💖🌉🎇🌆🎆🎁⛪

      It was handed to them though? If anyone was given this chance they would take it especially when you take location in account same with essentialy free materials,training, oversight and consulting from a contractor. A 400k payback for the home isnt so bad but idk they said only the building of the structure, not adding plumbing, electrical installation to that bill; if it comes with the 400k thats a steal and very lucky!
      Its not that people arent willing to work hard its just not possible to really get anywhere when your family income is 50k-60k. With the rent around the bay being 30k-40k a year for average apts apart from the bills.

    I’m so confused.. they’re building it themselves but paying $400,000. Are they being paid for their labor?

      It's called sweat equity....these homes would normally go for at least double that amount. It's St. Helena!

    I think this is a great program. They should be doing something similar with homeless. There are projects who hire homeless and ex incarcertaed people to get them trained and back up in their feet.

    • @lambertlum1087
      @lambertlum1087 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Lower prices is quite easy. Let developers go crazy and overbuild with housing. City councils have to say yes to developers when developers want approval. The problem with current city councils is that they micromanage their cities like soviet central planning committees. The result is cities livable only for the rich.
