here is one of my most requested videos on how I use my iPad! this is one of my favorite tools to use for my artistic processes and for college, but you certainly don't need an iPad specifically to get creative. samsung tablets, windows surfaces, and your og wacom tablets are great devices as well. let me know how you guys are taking notes this year, and best of luck with the new fall semester. :)

I have something similar. I always read the ending first and it just ruins it for me. I do the same with shows and movies and I always wonder why I never have an emotion at the end. It’s because I never got to really experience the rising plot and just went straight to the climax 💀

OH MY GOSH!!!!! (I came back to this video just to say) Thank you SO MUCH for making this video! I’ve had my iPad Pro for a little over 2 years now and I always go back & forth between using it bc I could never find a note taking app that covered all the bases I need to effectively study and take notes. but THIS APP is freaking amazingggg! I was able to do notes and annotate a reading while keeping it all organized (and being organized is one of those annoying things my brain is like “must do or I can’t keep going”) so thank you so much!!!! I am in my second semester of my grad program and this is going to be so helpful for the rest of my program & later on as a teacher to review current literature to incorporate with my classes. thank you so much!!!

I'm going to have an ipad for school next month and i find my study technique to be pretty simple.
Ill take notes (bullet points etc) on collanote as i can record the class at the same time and then when i go back home, neatly copy my notes (with full sentences)
Lots of people think it's inneficient but it's the only thing that works for me

you can also use the lasso tool in good notes to circle your notes and change the color of the writing! so you can just write everything in black and then make it pretty after when you have time haha :D

Literally just got my iPad for grad school last week!!! I'm so pumped to use it an I'm excited you happened to make this video haha. Thank you a ton for your ideas on how to write nice/clean notes. When researching accessories, I considered a matte screen protector as many people said it makes the writing experience more enjoyable, but I did see some people online say that they're not as durable as a tempered glass screen protector, matte screen protectors dull the colors on the screen which may be important as an artist and also it takes away from the pristine liquid retina display that the new iPads have, and FINALLY (lol) a few people said that over time, the matte/paper-like screen protectors may dull the tip of your apple pencil D: I ended up getting a tempered glass screen protector and I absolutely love writing on it and am happy that the colors are compromised! I'm excited to use my iPad to get into graphic art and such, so it was important to me that I could utilize the iPad to its fullest potential.
