The Olympus Pen E-P7 is the successor to the PEN E-P5, which was released back in 2013. However, it inherits the features and functionality of the Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV from last year. Does autofocus cope with shooting children? For example, how much worse is it compared to canon m50/m6 mark II? (they have amazing autofocus).
I want to buy this little one, but afraid of blurry photos of my constantly moving children

It depends, but you can manage to capture your child, few blurs may even look better, as childhood photos.

This camera is quite a step down from the E-P5 in some critical areas:
The E-P7 does not have the accessory port, hence it cannot take the excellent VF-4 electronic viewfinder - that by itself is a deal breaker in my opinion for anyone with the previous E-P5 and the viewfinder.
The other quite apparent change is the inferior build quality of the newer E-P7 versus the older E-P5. The E-P5 is a solid metal build. The E-P5 comes in at 420g with its battery and memory card, the E-P7 only weighs 337g. That reduction of weight can only be achieved by sacrificing build quality. Olympus did the same when they updated the OMD E-M5 II to the OMD E-M5 III. A sad state of affairs.
The E-P5 also has better in body image stabilization. According to Olympus, the E-P5 can provide 5 full stops of compensation steps, Olympus only attests the E-P7 for 4.5 stops. I actually think the much lower weight of the E-P7 is to blame for that.
Another annoying change from the E-P5 to the E-P7 is the weaker built-in flash in the E-P7. The guide number on the E-P5 is 7, the E-P7 flash only has a guide number of 5.4 (both at ISO 100).
If you have an E-P5, hold on to it.

These are great points. I just ordered an E-P7 due to the lightweight and small size. I don't want an EVF on this camera because I plan to use it in place of a phone. All my other cameras have EVFs so the E-P7 will be used differently: for casual shooting. I also want to shoot this camera in JPG and not RAW so I'm looking forward to using the built-in color profiles for JPGs. To each their own. I think all your points make sense for someone getting an E-P7 as a high-end camera. That's not the market it's intended for. It's meant to be a phone replacement and for that reason, I think it fits the bill for me.

Where are you seeing a CIPA rating for the e-p5's IBIS? The e-p7 is absolutely rated as 4.5 stops, but the only reference I can find for the e-p5 is 4 stops, according to dpreview.
For the record, the e-p5 is still a great camera- not trying to rip on anyone's gear here.

@@krakapoww The Pen F and E-P7 have noticeably better image quality, hands down. The E-P5 (and all the 16mp pens) are still perfectly good cameras, though.
