It varies on the season of life. I was doing very well with waking early, but currently health reasons that has been difficult. Just fit it in as possible. Bible I do try to do first thing in morning as often as possible, but I don't beat myself up if it happens in the evening. Our kids are all in bed by 930 and really from 8pm on (we stagger bedtime by age) our kids are reading quietly by themselves until their bed time.
