There was so many times I was yelling at the screen. She was sooooo stupid. Why are you pressing a crazy person, knowing she could kill younger you or your dad 🙃?
Yasmine's mom before she was killed said that "Yasmine would kill seven people." So she could see the future. She saw her in Hannah's parents car, the crash and then Yasmine's crazy laugh
If that's the vision that the step mom saw, the hannah probably died because she killed 7 people ( step mom, strawberry man, murder weapon grandpa, hannah dad, policeman, hannah mom and hannah)
the dumbest thing Hannah did was call her and ask if she killed the strawberry man. Her parents wouldn’t have died if she just didn’t bring it up and let Yasmin get arrested
In the movie young Hannah actually turns on the fire because she was watching a educational cartoon teaching kids that fire is unsafe on the television.

You can see all in ur head and when u watch the movie is exactly the way she described, but u couldn't know their aesthetics and all of that
I loved this movie! I also think it's important that when she asked the step-mom why she killed her, the step-mom said she saw a lot of deaths in her life... which makes sense retrospectively because she goes on to kill so many people. I think the step-mom was actually trying to save all the lives that were going to be taken by her.
I still can't help but sympathize with Jazmin I mean couldn't the step mom just food poison her or something why did have to put her through so much pain she's just as crazy rlly .
@@linaech1234 I think all the Exorcisms and etc was the moms suuuper twisted way of tryna do everything she could for yaz before resorting to killing her. But I agree if she knew what was going down she could have went about it so many better ways ...
I just watched this movie on Netflix last weekend with my dad and the whole time all I could think about was Stephanie and how much I wanted her to talk about this movie!
If yall are curious about their real names, here it is: Hanna - Seo Yeon Yasmine - Young Sook Yasmine's Step Mom - Ja Ok(?) Hanna's Mom - Eun Ha Hanna's Dad - (can't remember) That guy that has a strawberry farm - Sung Ho Sung Ho's Dog - Dalgi(Which is literally strawberry in korean) Sunny - Sun Hee The Police Man that Yasmine Killed - Baek Min Hyun
FYI there's a k-drama still ongoing at the moment called Kairos. the storyline is quite similar to the movie The Call. A girl lost her phone, tries to retrieve it by calling it, a man picks up and yeah... they go back and forth trying to change the past/future.
I loved Stephanie's storytelling, so I watched the movie afterward, and can I just say dayum, had me on the edge of my seat the entire time even though I knew what was going to happen. Watching the movie just hits different... So much creepier, especially the industrial fridge scene.
The fact that thanks to Miss Mango I finally got the courage to watch a scary thriller and was able to sleep at night, shows how amazingly good she is analyzing and explaining all those criminal minds and all.

From what I understand the calls seem to be one way from past to future. So Hannah could only wait for the calls. Also another theory I saw online is that Hannah has alternative personality since the fire accident so Yasmine is just the evil personality of Hannah (hence the same hand print, same age..., same burn marks on the sunny auntie suggested maybe she’s another personality of hers...)
Stephanie I love love LOVE this setup! The tree, the dogs in the background, the lighting, the focus, all of it looks such high quality and so home-y and cozy! Perfect for storytelling.
The reason why she kept hannah alive(imo): Hannah somehow unintentionally helped Yasmin kill her mom. So like if young hannah dies, then that means she never grow up and the 1st phone call between Hannah and Yasmin never happened and Yasmin getting murdered by her step mom becoming true. I say, if I knew someone was going to become a serial killer but they're still young and innocent, I'll try to treat them right. Teach them the right things. A traumatic childhood is the most common cause of crimes, in my opinion. So if we give them the right treatment, mentally or physically, no one needs to die. They won't grow up and start killing (hopefully), and we don't need to kill them either. It's a win-win situation.

Ikr I can say bye to my sleep tonight, like my anxiety after watching this video is thru the roof
honestly if you can understand the concept of time its not rlly that confusing lol but yeah literally the ending was very confusing so watch it 2 time and u can get it oof. but its a vv good movid :))
@@enqueque yeah the ending got me shook like there’s gonna be a call 2???

Ok, so the reason she turned on the stove was because she was watching a kid cooking show and the show said "turn in the gas" or somthing like that

I don't celebrate Christmas.. I celebrate Stephmas where Stephanie is like santa, the gift that keeps on giving
Is so impressive the way Stephanie can describe a +-1:30h of movie with so much details and pass to the listeners all the characters feelings/sentiments exactly how they are in the movie.
You can see all in ur head and when u watch the movie is exactly the way she described, but u couldn't know their aesthetics and all of that
Yazmine couldn’t kill young Hannah because then there wouldn’t be an older hannah to help younger yazmine
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh daaaang. 🤯
But this happened after henna help yazmin so she could kill her at the end...
@@Bahnishikha_Das But at the end, if yazmine killed young hanna, hanna never would've grown up to help her.
@@Osen_U oh but I was talking about the last part .. where she was chasing the present henna
@@Bahnishikha_Das she couldn’t kill present hannah because in 1999, hannah’s mom “killed” yasmin..... were you not listening???
I loved this movie! I also think it's important that when she asked the step-mom why she killed her, the step-mom said she saw a lot of deaths in her life... which makes sense retrospectively because she goes on to kill so many people. I think the step-mom was actually trying to save all the lives that were going to be taken by her.
I still can't help but sympathize with Jazmin I mean couldn't the step mom just food poison her or something why did have to put her through so much pain she's just as crazy rlly .
@@linaech1234 so true! they're all crazy LOL
@@linaech1234 dude! like food poison is a pleasant experience! She should have instituted her tf!
@@linaech1234 I think all the Exorcisms and etc was the moms suuuper twisted way of tryna do everything she could for yaz before resorting to killing her. But I agree if she knew what was going down she could have went about it so many better ways ...

WAIT I LOVE THE NEW HAIRSTYLE U LOOK LIKE A BAD BISS
What I learned from watching these videos: A lot of Korean homes have creepy bunkers.
I mean....my house does have a really dirty bunker with no ceiling lights
I just watched this movie on Netflix last weekend with my dad and the whole time all I could think about was Stephanie and how much I wanted her to talk about this movie!
Stephanie looks ✨IMMACULATE✨
*aggressive chef's kisses*
Seriously!!
YAASSS
If yall are curious about their real names, here it is:
Hanna - Seo Yeon
Yasmine - Young Sook
Yasmine's Step Mom - Ja Ok(?)
Hanna's Mom - Eun Ha
Hanna's Dad - (can't remember)
That guy that has a strawberry farm - Sung Ho
Sung Ho's Dog - Dalgi(Which is literally strawberry in korean)
Sunny - Sun Hee
The Police Man that Yasmine Killed - Baek Min Hyun
Curly hair Stephanie is everything rn, we love a curly hair queen lol
When she said let's call her Hannah. I froze because my real name is hannah
"phone calls in this house work weird..."
thats an understatement
FYI there's a k-drama still ongoing at the moment called Kairos. the storyline is quite similar to the movie The Call. A girl lost her phone, tries to retrieve it by calling it, a man picks up and yeah... they go back and forth trying to change the past/future.
gonna watch that thanks for sharing❣️
Where can I watch this?!
@@blackninjagaming6151 you can watch it at Dramacool website
@@adieha what kairos mean?
In my language kairos (καιρός) means weather or time(like moment), but it's pronounced differently in this kdrama
@@aria729 Kairos as defined is an Ancient Greek word meaning the right, critical, or opportune moment. in hangul (korean) = 카이로스 / kailoseu
Ma’am I just texted my friend telling her we should watch THIS movie together like 3-4 days ago?
Steph are you the FBI agent stalking my Phone?
Had to rewatch this half way because I wasn’t paying attention. AND YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION
Me too. I was reading banana fish because ya know, multitasking and I got way too immersed in the story that I had to stop reading and rewind-
I got so many chills especially at the ending and I felt so uncomfortable and anxious after🤌🏾
DAY6: of telling Stephanie she needs to write a book ! A crime story book !
HELLO BEAUTIFUL I LITERALLY SCREAMED YOURE SO SO GORGEOUS
"she's thinking about getting an iphone so she's a traitor too" LMAO
I wanna know what did these Korean Scriptwriters drink when they were kids to come up with a story like that. They really think outside the box. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Stephanie dressed like a rich auntie on her day off and I'm here looking like a slob. She's really telling me to do better!
Your hair was so pretty in this Stephanie! You should definitely have it like this more often 🫶
I love this so dam much like baking a mystery is so fucking good
My queen can tell a dam story
And her hair and makeup gorgeous and I almost fell asleep watching this 👏🏼👏🏼
Edit:(oh shit 👁👄👁well dam thanks for the likes didn’t expect it)
i never really comment but STEPHANIE!!! YOU ARE SO GORGEOUS IT'S TOO MUCH MY HEART WILL EXPLODE! the hair, the makeup.... immaculate
The detective in these murders SUCK! Yasmin should have been caught after all those myrders 😂
Idk, but this gave me a “Your name” type of vibes lol, but REALLY intense.
same it has similarities to kimi no nawa
yess but i understood this timeline better
@@queentaylor5986 oh you watched the movie already?
@@queentaylor5986 maybe cause the shifts are more evident right from the very beginning in this movie. but i understand things better and faster in kimi no nawa. i guess i was in the mood when i was watching so the switches/shifts starts it was obvious to me already but more like i wanna watch more into it and im so excited type of obvious rather than a boring one.
Omggggg the same
I like Stephanie voice and attitude when she talks about things like this. It's always so interesting with her!
OMGGG STEPHANIE I STARTED WATCHING 15 MINS OF THE MOVIE AND RELIAZED YOU WERE DEF GONNA TALK ABOUT IT SO I WAS WAITING FOR THIS VID!
You know, i thought it was Stephanie that moved into a serial killer’s house. But common sense told me that it was just the crime she’s talking about.
The stupidest thing hannah did was telling her she would get arrested like come on
Literally what I’m saying she could’ve prevented all that..
This movie is insane, the plot keeps thickening for every minute that passes, and you storytelling skills biss
Stephanie I love love LOVE this setup! The tree, the dogs in the background, the lighting, the focus, all of it looks such high quality and so home-y and cozy! Perfect for storytelling.
The reason why she kept hannah alive(imo):
Hannah somehow unintentionally helped Yasmin kill her mom. So like if young hannah dies, then that means she never grow up and the 1st phone call between Hannah and Yasmin never happened and Yasmin getting murdered by her step mom becoming true.
I could be just reaching tho
This movie was sooo wild. If you don't want a heart attack from the amount of surprises, watch at your discretion.

I recommend watching the movie "Forgotten" (2017), it's a Mystery/Thriller about how a boy named Jin-seok tries to figure out what happened to his brother when he goes missing for 19 days and has no memory of what happened during that period of time. It's one of my favorite movies, i really recommend this movie. :)
I was watching the movie and listening to stephanie at the same time, would listen to her more first then pause and play the movie to know whats gonna happen because ✨anxiety✨ yk
Same I literally had to watch the how the movie ended because it felt like I was gonna have an anxiety attack in the middle of the movie
When I grow up this is what I want to do, like honestly, I never knew I had a passion for crime until I started watching Stephanie’s videos. Thank you so much for inspiring me❤️
Much better than watching the movie for me cause I can’t watch scary movies to save my life! Thanks for letting my imagination run wild. Love ur story telling! 😅

Hi! So i started to watch your videos really recently (about two weeks ago) while going thru a really bad moment in my life, and i just wanted to thank you so much for all of your content, and because of your videos i just started exploring more books, shows and movies! A big thank you and heartfelt hug for you and all your crue from Angola (Africa)
i already watched this movie, but i still need stephanie to tell me about it
hannah should've told yasmine that she saved her life and that yasmine should've let her dad live
Lots of serial killers did not have bad childhoods. Murderers of strangers....some but unfortunately it's not the case for all
