You must first take a 3D sketch before you can draw a line in any coordinate by simply pointing your cursor in that direction

i followed your steps but after making a drawing, while rotating it turns entirely a 2d drawing 😢, how should i get 3D drawing while in rotating a drawing??

Instead of rotating your model, simply snap an isometric view of the projection to get a 3D shape! and select shaded view as well !
