Does it show the real pressure? Because I don't see any gauge. As I can see you program a "desire" pressure, but how do we know that it is really reached?

VBMs are tanks, really professional grade. I bought a V4, the model before this one and it is probably the most robust machine in this class on the market. I bought it from Java Jim. Faemma's Ernesto Valente invented the e61 (Ernesto Valente was working for Faemma) and brought it to VBM in 1976. This is espresso iconic history. Indestructible is the word for these machines. Thanks Jim for the VBM V4 machine and the Orchestrale Nota, another monster espresso machine and extremely beautiful!

Why would you want to go further than 9 bars? 😳

If you want to channel and destroy your shot😂. All good profiles are all declining pressures. This screen reminds me of the 80's along with the UI 😬.

@@emil_k I’ve had this for a few months. UI is actually not bad in person. I much prefer this over app driven machines where you are at the mercy of the manufacturer to roll out new versions when new ios comes out.

@@Skfkf1393a most important is you are happy with the machine. I always worry they don't show the UI for a reason. Can you set profiles, pre-infusion and certain flow with a declining pressure with temp drop and stop at scale weight? Lastly, do you have a graph with goal and the output?

to emulate the profile of a lever machine and taper down from the high point.
