- I own a Tiago EV for more than 10 months and driven it for more than 25000 km. This is honest and detailed review of my Tiago EV XT LR variant. Maybe this first review video of Tiago EV after this much driving.
I have done range test of Tiago EV too which you can watch on my channel. This video also has a part which has EV vs Petrol car comparison.

Deepak good to see your view, good points, logical for most. but in my view, we can not compare the kms to be run , as i feel weather we do 25000 kms per year or not... its not actually extra money spent, as if you buy a non EV you will spend much more on maintenance even if the car is not running... also, we need to consider the fact that petrol disel cars will still continue to blow smoke and spread more particulate matter and harmful gases for every km you run it! so my view, weather you use for 1200 kms per year or 25000 kms per year, one should really think WHY SHOULD WE not buy an EV? we should we buy a ICE vehicle... ek baar properly sub kuch sochenge to you will for sure come to a logical conclusion.
Definitely sir. Thats i added that "Financial perspective" text at that point because people are still thinking only about money and not environment. 💚💚

I was thinking of buying the xt model of this car.
You have explained the points very nicely.
I really enjoyed it.
How is the battery life of this car??
What did Tata's service center say about this??
How was the waiting when you bought this car??
Battery life is somewhat around 4 lakh km according to some people..
I didn't ask service center
I booked at launch so waiting was about 3 months. But now-a-days its less than a month and ready available at some showrooms too.
Great details dear..
Thanks for appreciation sir

@@TheEVvirtue hi dost , is charging a headache?? I mean I saw somewhere that went light goes off it also stops n won't start by itself???
N how is the build quality
No.. thats not true. It starts charging back itself
Good build quality. Dashboard sound problem in some Tiago EVs but not in Nexon
bhai bohat badhiya review kiya aapne
Thanks 👍 share it with someone who need to watch it.
Very good honest review
Thanks 👍
Brother your car is long or medium range?? If medium range so 200 is a good range
I have long range.
What if the battery stops after its warranty does car insurance cover for the battery as well ? does these vehicles have resale value?
Insurance doesn't cover any fault of any car. Insurance is meant for accidental damage only. Although EV batteries can last upto 4-5 lakh kms.
EVs are still new to the market so resale values are just unstable for now but if your car ODO is higher like 1lakh or more than resale value will sure decrease.
Driver n side seat headrests are adjustable.
Adjustable but headrest are small in size and shape is not suitable for proper support to the head.
Sir, what about Car Discharging Battery, if kept unused. Just taken out for 5km ride daily to drop & pickup of Son to School ?
Didn't get you point but.
If car is left unused standing still for 1 month. Its expected to loose about 1% of battery in a month
@@TheEVvirtue Thanks
1no. Review
Thanks 👍
What was on driver seat.. was it to increase hieght
Its memory foam cushion for comfortable driving and releive back pain
Good job sir
Thanku 😊
Punch petrol exchange mai sahi rahega??
Didn't get your point
Bro plz tell me something.
1. Jb aap bahar se fast charging krte ho charging station se to kitna pay krna pdta h.
2. Or ghr me full change krne pe kitni unit lgti hai.
Thats a good question.
It takes about 26 units of electricity to full charge
So just multiply it accordingly to your electricity charges.
For me 26×6 = 156 Rs
For outside DC fast charging its different for different company fast chargers
It starts from around 18 Rs per unit and can go upto 28 Rs unit in very few companies. Its 10-12 Rs per unit for AC fast chargers some places ( not very fast charging)
@10 it will cost 10×26= 260 Rs
@17 it will cost 17×26= 442 Rs
@20 it will cost 520 Rs
@25 it will cost 650 Rs
Its costly but you are not doing it very often so it doesn't effect your savings much
What's your opinion if we use as a cab?
Tata dont sell it as commercial vehicle but it can be very good and profitable option.
@@TheEVvirtue we can use or not? as a cab
You can as your personal vehicle. You can't get a yellow number plate.
if i dont have ac charging at home, can i find ac at public charging stations?
Yes.. 7.2 kw ac chargers are available
And what do you mean you dont have ac charging at home. Everyone has electricity at home.. you dont need something special
i dont have parking inside my buiolding, so no ac charger at home
You can use an extension cable to charge it whereever you park your car.
Charging from public charging station is costly. About 400-500 to full charge Tiago EV. You have to charge at home to make savings. Otherwise you shouldn't consider EV
hi i will travel atleast 50 km per day can we take it ?
Yes you can. If your running is around 20,000 km per year then you can consider EV 👍
MR variant kise leni chahiye ?
Jisko sirf city me drive krna ho.. maximum 50 km one side travel and both side 100 km per day.
Ola ober k..liye ....ev ...car ....sahi hai ??
Definitely 👍👍👍
How much subsidy amount is provided with Tata Tiago EV?
Different in Different states
🎉
Mujhe 7 lakh ki car leni hai dzire lu ya tiago ev first car hai
7 me to Tiago nhi aayegi bhai..
Oor aap kitna gaadi chalana chahte ho daily uske upar bhi depend krta h..
Bhai Mera hain isko right leg nahi chalta. Woh Chala sakta hain?
Aapka question samajh nhi aaya bhai
Agar aap keh rhe ho ki aapka right leg kaam nhi karta to aap bilkul is gaadi ko bina problem chla skte ho
Hi sir meri Daily Drive Around 150 kilometres hai aur main Punch ev LR lena chahta huu, keya mujhe suit karegi ?? Kindly replay
Definitely. Go for it.
Kai log bolte h ki badi jaldi aag lag jati h....
They are spoiling image of EVs nothing else.
Even pertol diesol cars catche fire. But its very rare.
Smartphones catch fire too but can we stop using them too. !!
I bought a tata tiago ev LR version 9 months back . I have done 12500 kms driving in hilly mountainous roads only . I get around 210 -250 kms on a full charge, its a very comfortable car , easy to drive. My main motivation for buying an electric car is because of its environmental impact and since i have installed a 5 kw solar system in my home few years back , I charge this tiago car and my ola S1 pro thro Solar too. Earlier , i spend around Rs. 12k- 15 k on petrol for my ice car . No problem so far.
Awsome sir, keep EVing ❤️
