I'm writing a character who's paraplegic, and this video isn't just informative, but also wonderfully put together and it would be amazing if we could all have an outlook on life as you do. So much respect for you (and i also appreciated the Trump and radish jokes lol)
Thank you so much for the positive feedback 😊 I really appreciate you taking the time to write a comment like that, it really helps motivate me to make more videos like this one 😁 and I see you're a new subscriber, so welcome to the channel. Love to read your book when it's finished ❤️
My 18yr old neighbor was just in an accident last week. He has no feeling in his legs. 😢 I’ll be looking forward to sharing your story with him ..once he’s in a place to hear it.
Love your honesty and your energy man. It's hard to focus on gratitude when it feels like the universe has taken a giant dump on your head. Appreciate the reminder. And wow, where you live is absolutely stunning, French Alps right? Ugh glorious.
I had an accident in 2014 that broke my T10 vertebra, this video gives some little tips for everyday life, minimal but still good to take, anyway, good video! Congratulations from Italy !
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a comment, it really inspires me to keep making more videos, plus I'm really happy you found it inspirational.
Enjoyed this watch Freddo. Loved seeing a different perspective of normal and how you’ve redefined joy 👌😍 Doing a similar journey over here in different ways- sending positive vibes your way today. Thanks for sharing x
Thanks for the video Freddo, the bit about the snowboard brought a little joy to my day; I've got a family member that is losing their ability to walk, and these tips are incredibly helpful. Cheers! ✌
@@FreddotheWheelchairGuy I forgot to mention I was approved for a smart drive. I am so excited for it because my muscle strength sucks and I often need help with pushing myself.
@@FreddotheWheelchairGuy I wouldn’t be able to pay for it on my own. It’s $6,000 usd and I live on an extremely small budget. I am lucky though that the va takes very good care of us.
Hey, I've been thinking about the spasms you experience. I read an article where they were having positive results with amputee's for phantom pains which are nerve related. They found that when they applied Caspian on the area above the amputation that the pain went way. Consider giving it a try. It's safe and won't interact with any pain meds.
Thanks Zach! Much appreciated. It is the same brand as the ones they had in rehab. Here is a link to the site where I bought mine in France, hope that helps: www.drivedevilbiss.fr/index.php/produits/cat1/la-mobilite/cat2/id-209-verticalisateur/items/verticalisateur-vertistatique.html
Sure, I ordered it from France (where I live) not sure of the brand as I took the stickers off, but it's a european model. It's great and personally I find it very useful, but any brand that can get you upright will be worth it
I've actually seen that I posted the brand and website in a comment further down, it won't let me copy and paste, but hopefully that might help you out somehow, it was from a comment by zhollings

By any chance could you tell me where you got that standing frame?
