I have a doubt sir , As making an application under section 455(1) is subject to certain eligibility conditions like if there is any outstanding loan . Does it include debentures also .
As debenture and loan is not same thing but treated as same .

As per section 445 of the company act 2013 the name of the company is entered in the register of dormant companies when the company is inactive (not carrying on business or operation) During the two last financial years.
