But sir credit sale is represented as loan by a book debt so in that case section 185 shall be applicable
Like for eg. Tata company gives jaguar car to sir ratan tata ji on credit sale but on company book debt it shown as that it is a debt however it is not a loan but kind of loan

No Credit sale you can't consider as a loan either directly or Indirectly.. it's against the consideration.
