Beige color is definitely something people from the east coast (my experience) mention most. I think colors may be more vibrant there? I have grown up in CA and AZ and definitely earth tone is what I have been accustomed to. I know car-centric neighborhoods are not for everyone...but you would be surprised how many people look for RV garage, or extra garages.
