@George-i7p I've done this same job before a couple times so if I had a TH-cam I would in fact show you how it's done even tho you weren't talking to me lol
Your (my) idea about cutting it off 😂, get the 358 Pete you talked about and cut it behind the cab & weld the darn thing to your rear section and have a REAL roll back! Omg 😮come on man ! Great content for your channel & twice the truck when it's done!
Idk about welding 2 trucks together but I would definitely put the rollback body over on the pete truck your talking about that would be a nicer rollback than that truck he is fixing
Bed's the money. I had a 09 freight shaker. Jere Dan bed. Sitting at a shop to pick up a car with truck running .ac .got here. Caught on fire at the battery box. Fried every wire and circuit in the truck. Just been back to freightliner the day before. Bought truck back from INS and put it on a new truck. Still out 20k when done. I feel ya .
You could save yourself some time by placing a bin next to where you're working and throw the stuff you're cutting off and rather then throwing on the floor and putting it in the bin.
Hey Bruce I got an idea, You remember those totes you had that were portable water containers that you cut the tops off, Those would work great to put scrap in as you're taking parts off of trucks just a thought. 🤟
Peterbilt Rollback on a 536 or 537 series cab and chassis. 6 month later. I’ve found a cheaper option. It’s a complete and running truck it just needs a paint job. We’ll just put all the good parts in our inventory.
I know you have parts on the way but would it not be easier to use the roll back on a truck that is running condition already? You could use the original burnt truck for your inventory? The Pete you mentioned would probably be the best option or another truck as you get some great trucks in your businesses recently
I have 100% faith, Bruce will finish it, maybe not how or as fast as one hopes, but he finishes “most” of his projects., .., everyone thought blue collar was not going to get finished.. although I would like to see the flatty
It's not that it's to much work it's more work than you want to do just keep it real son !!!! If it ain't new or just a simple bolt on part you ain't about doing it, and I don't even have to say that you definitely can't leave it up to your guys to do because they can barely tie their own shoes without any kind of direction or help from Bruce just speaking the truth
i had a western star that caught fire like this truck and minewas because the braided air line fron the compresser to the dryer rubbed through the positive battery cable ,,,melted all the air lines and wireing around it but lucky enough it did not get as hot as your truck did,,,,fire damage is vey expensive to fix also,,,,
Hey Bruce..... Please encourage all your viewers to watch Gentry & Sons Trucking latest video, This is one hour of raw footage of the extreme damage in the mountians of North Carolina, THESE FOLKS NEED HELP !!!!
Buy the Penske truck and swap the rollback and hydraulics and salvage the motor and trans and rear axel and wat ever else you think you'll need and scrap the rest love the shows keep up the good work 👍
Business owners usually don’t do any actual work anyways so kudos to him for getting his hands dirty. Also seems like they are having fun while saving the truck so no worries
Up his ass like usual this dude has no clue what he’s doing and how to actually run a profitable business if it wasn’t for TH-cam and FCR he’d be working at a loves
Thanks for the video Bruce and Crew I think you can stay on budget if you just manage it properly.I prefer to get paid for my Experience not my time.with you and your team you guys can do it enjoy the weekend and have fun on date night be careful and stay safe
Completely redo that old b model mack cab and fab it up to fit on the rollback frame that would be sick, i mean depending on how fast you need the truck. Also eliminate that auto trans and manual swap it that will cut your problems in half then you wont need all the trans wiring anymore, same with the dpf delete it get rid of that wiring mess.
Ey, my dad subbed your channel as well. Now, he doesn't really speak English, so he pretty much calls me every other day to ask about your videos. You met him at power truck show. Add Finnish subtitles man...
You need to hire one good person who is a whizz with this modern complicated electronic run equipment to just work on the type job you are encountering and he would pay his monthly wages with one job like this for you. This new truck equip is only going to get more complicated. You ll finish it. Bill
Hey man you need to cut your losses the labor cost's are killers take off the roll back tray and motor transmission and diff and scrap the rest and fit up anouther truck like you spoke about
Those trucks never came with plugs for head light u have to unplug each from the head light and pull pushins out of splash shield. And remove hole hardness that way
cheaper and faster to buy a running driving roll back,,,i think you are gonna have a ton of money in this one,,,i think you are gonna be surprised if this one ever gets finished
Ryan right I don't think that you are going to finish the Burnt Tow Truck Rebuild. Because I think it going go way over what you budgeted for the rebuild.
Hi, thanks for all the super good movies you make. Don't you have any super good bits for tractor pullers in super Dissel / ethanol aggregate. to Denmark, neighbor to Sweden
All the fire damage was caused by a electrical short circuit that bypassed the fuse and caused the battery itself to short circuit a 100% electrical fire that is why it took a fire truck to put the fire out.😮
Bruce I am serious concerned about that frame it got really hot and the frame will be very very week at that point the heat took the temper out of the frame
Buy one of the Penske box trucks with the Box in your wrecking yard for storage and swap the bed over to the new truck
Ryan was right. Not gonna finish it.
Wheres your channel to show us how its done?
@@George-i7pdoes his matchbox truck count 😂🤣😂🤣
Great video, great job, keep up the good work, I will always follow you in the next videos
He never finishes anything that is worth fixing.
@George-i7p I've done this same job before a couple times so if I had a TH-cam I would in fact show you how it's done even tho you weren't talking to me lol
Big work is truck Bruce 🇧🇷🇺🇸
Your (my) idea about cutting it off 😂, get the 358 Pete you talked about and cut it behind the cab & weld the darn thing to your rear section and have a REAL roll back! Omg 😮come on man ! Great content for your channel & twice the truck when it's done!

Ylivoimala can fix those electrical wires 😆
You guys should take 1 of those older.trucks you pulled.out of the woods and cab swap them on to that wrecker
If you can get that truck back together & running I'll be impressed.
Love that University of Michigan tool box! Go Blue….
LOVE YOUR ROLL BACK VIDEOS

Fubar..... fired up beyond all repair 😅 👌💯🔥
You could save yourself some time by placing a bin next to where you're working and throw the stuff you're cutting off and rather then throwing on the floor and putting it in the bin.
I love what you are doing mat and I love you trucks and cars
Hey Bruce I got an idea,
You remember those totes you had that were portable water containers that you cut the tops off,
Those would work great to put scrap in as you're taking parts off of trucks just a thought. 🤟
My vote would be to.... Chop it and put a new front half on it.... Make a cabover roll back or a 359....
Peterbilt Rollback on a 536 or 537 series cab and chassis.

Bruce you have all the tool to fix that ...
The best of you Bruce is when you say a word in Spanish thank you ❤
Nice
Does the original truck have a special double or triple frame ? Copart auction has enough Freightliners to fill your shop and yard .
35:06 god dang that's loud !!
Bruce makes a good Scania Mechanic technician that's 💯 % facts..!!🎉🎉🎉
Make a Peterbilt rollback
It's not that it's to much work it's more work than you want to do just keep it real son !!!! Wow

Nice 👍
Hey Bruce there might be a clutch instead of a torque converter between engine & transmission, you should check that...
"We have the technology..." think I watched too muck Six Million Dollar Man for that quote!😁
Ни чего не понял но очень интересно
auto translate captions?
You don't want. to!!!!!!!!
20:38 yessser 😂😂😂😂😂
Bruce i love your sleeper truck
a few more tool boxes needed for that big shop
Super cool video gud job👋👍🥰🇨🇿😉
Hey Bruce..... Please encourage all your viewers to watch Gentry & Sons Trucking latest video, This is one hour of raw footage of the extreme damage in the mountians of North Carolina, THESE FOLKS NEED HELP !!!!
Buy the Penske truck and swap the rollback and hydraulics and salvage the motor and trans and rear axel and wat ever else you think you'll need and scrap the rest love the shows keep up the good work 👍
I would have bought another truck and installed the tow bed on the new truck
Cut off one of the day cabs you have out in the yard, or how about the Argosy, then you'd be keeping it all freightliner
Use one of those LS motors with Allison transmission frame and just put the cab on it it will work perfect
Cut the bed..get the pete 378..your time is precious.
Business owners usually don’t do any actual work anyways so kudos to him for getting his hands dirty. Also seems like they are having fun while saving the truck so no worries
any update on the scania
$14,500!!!!!! Where was your head?
Up his ass like usual this dude has no clue what he’s doing and how to actually run a profitable business if it wasn’t for TH-cam and FCR he’d be working at a loves
Its going to be much tougher than you are thinking ,
Team Ryan on this one
Very nice project y'all
That truck won't run ever again.
Yes it is. When Bruce starting with a object so can he not stop before the truck is on the road again
$10 it will run 😂😂😂
Bruce, you are very brave, talented and persistent.
Old Randy is 100% Right 😅😅
The harnesses are gonna cost more than it's worth..... lol another failed project 😅 🙃
LOL, Great video. Love that engine rev at the end
rip
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
It was probably ordered as a incomplete chassie, sent to a buider where they added the body, looks like a lot of fab work
Ryan is right not going to finish it Bruce
1:04 spamm it😂
Thanks for the video Bruce and Crew I think you can stay on budget if you just manage it properly.I prefer to get paid for my Experience not my time.with you and your team you guys can do it enjoy the weekend and have fun on date night be careful and stay safe
Those short hood petes had issues. Cheaper find a wreck truck use wires and parts.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😎😎😎
Completely redo that old b model mack cab and fab it up to fit on the rollback frame that would be sick, i mean depending on how fast you need the truck. Also eliminate that auto trans and manual swap it that will cut your problems in half then you wont need all the trans wiring anymore, same with the dpf delete it get rid of that wiring mess.
Just be careful, your going to have some things for your pto in those harnesses
Hey Bruce how are you doing today my friend I like watching your TH-cam videos they are very educated
Ey, my dad subbed your channel as well. Now, he doesn't really speak English, so he pretty much calls me every other day to ask about your videos. You met him at power truck show.
Add Finnish subtitles man...
Not gonna finish
You have a blank canvas of a tow rig, make it something special and make it one of a kind M2
Cadê o Scania, máquina top está ali, V8 raiz.
With all the heat better make sure frame wasn’t weakened
You need to hire one good person who is a whizz with this modern complicated electronic run equipment to just work on the type job you are encountering and he would pay his monthly wages with one job like this for you. JC projects is wire professional he can re wire anything he not cheap
Everything’s looks like a small job ! In till you open the hood then it’s BANG
keep the clips coming
Something about burnt trucks hey yolivamala. 😂😜👍
This isn’t going to get finished Bruce 😅
C'mon bruce, get this rollback done! I have faith in you!
The snowman is back
Bruce is not going to complete this project 1000% guaranteed
Those trucks never came with plugs for head light u have to unplug each from the head light and pull pushins out of splash shield. And remove hole hardness that way
😎👍
Not going to finish it
U should just put the engine and trans in that one and then just move the tow bed onto that truck!!! Bc that one has a rusty frame too!!
cheaper and faster to buy a running driving roll back,,,i think you are gonna have a ton of money in this one,,,i think you are gonna be surprised if this one ever gets finished
I think he will finish but he will change his mind instead of keeping it he will sell it or chop it up and use it as a hot rod
Ryan right I don't think that you are going to finish the Burnt Tow Truck Rebuild. Because I think it going go way over what you budgeted for the rebuild.
Make a peterbilt rollback
Peterbuilt rollback would be cool
Tearing it apart is not easy.Putting it back together will be very difficult. It will never run properly,
scannia tow truck would be nice
Use blue color 2.0 for the front of it
I thinking Bruce will finish the build
I think you should buy that blue cabover by me and make a cabover rollback.
Bruce you need to find some 5gal buckets for bolt.
Drop that old Mack front on there, or the White.
Put a cab over in front of the roll back
Hey Bruce, Why don’t you swap the Roll Back to the other chassie the all you have to work on is the engine and trans swap!
Do it up like Brutus or the Trater taxi.
Hi, thanks for all the super good movies you make. Don't you have any super good bits for tractor pullers in super Dissel / ethanol aggregate. to Denmark, neighbor to Sweden
I’d put that can and hood on one of those chassis
All the fire damage was caused by a electrical short circuit that bypassed the fuse and caused the battery itself to short circuit a 100% electrical fire that is why it took a fire truck to put the fire out.😮
