PLEASE READ: This speaker has too much distortion. Play the song wine pon you by Doja cat in SoundCore’s signature sound mode and at max volume you will hear distortion. It’s the cross over from when the high bass drops down to the low bass (sub bass) that I hear distortion in her voice. I tried to eq it to fix the issue but that didn’t seem to help. I turned down the bass when I EQ’d it and of course I still heard distortion.
Twice the price, definitely not twice the fidelity. Yes Bose is ever so slightly better in that department, but they need to reduce their retail price if they truly want to compete with Soundcore. Take note Bose!

@propane1777 I don't think BOSE has ever had to worry much about "the competition" from Soundcore or any other company As usual Bose is pioneering a field and here come the knockoffs and the people that buy them with rationalizing to create a false equation between the 2. The Flex has been a top selling speaker for Years now.... regardless of the price. I just sold 3 (Still new and never taken out of the box) in the past 60 days for about $80 each and that's with a 2 year Warranty! So there isn't much room to complain. Bose will even take an old speaker of theirs for credit towards one or another item.
Mine arrives Tuesday. Looking forward something with a slimmer profile than the JBL Charge 5 on my already shallow desk space.

Hard to argue with the value that soundcore offers! Those Sony XM4’s are some of my favorite headphones of all time. Great choice
