Emma, I’m so sorry for your loss. My Dad passed away suddenly on the 23rd December and losing someone you’re so close to, there really isn’t a pain like it. I wish I could tell you it gets easier, but it doesn’t and it’s something that you just learn to carry with you and something you won’t process properly ever. I think something I’ve found comfort in is just knowing that my Dad was my dad. I was lucky enough to have him as mine and he made me who I am. I have so many memories with him and even though I lost him so soon at 23, he’ll always be with me and be part of every decision I make and everything I do and that will be the same for your Nan. Sending you lots of love throughout this time and just take each day for yourself. Don’t worry about the vlog. Your mental health comes first. Xx

Losing such an important pedestal of a family, such as a grandmother, is such a significant and devastating loss, regardless of their age or how long we were blessed to enjoy them. We just don't know what life is like without them until we are forced to keep going with a huge void in our lives and our hearts. My dad died in the 18th January and I’ve spent the last few weeks confused and angry and judging how I’m grieving and honestly all I’ve learnt is that all you can do is muddle through it. It comes in waves and I don’t know if the feeling gets easier but it’s so good to have people around you. Take it day by day. Take the help that people offer you but most importantly look after yourself in anyway that feels right. Sending you so much love ❤
