    Amazing content! The most interesting part is the way you back every skill with neuroscience. Our brains are wired in such a way that whenever we are asked to build a habit for which underlying mechanism has been explained, it's pretty easy to follow that habit.     but he wants his students to act which is the important part of learning and growing

      Yes it does . Stop your blue light exposure atleast 2 hour before sleeping. Source: Andrew Huberman (Neuroscientist) podcast.

    bhaia i am in 12th and I don't want to go school because there they don't teach anything and also waste my 7-8 hours
    but its important for me
    so the problem is my PFC knows that i should go to school but my limbic brain overrides when the time comes to go to school
    ever time
    and i couldn't control it its too strong
    what could i do bhaia help
    (this was also a problem in my past) because my previous school created traume
