bhaia i am in 12th and I don't want to go school because there they don't teach anything and also waste my 7-8 hours but its important for me so the problem is my PFC knows that i should go to school but my limbic brain overrides when the time comes to go to school ever time and i couldn't control it its too strong what could i do bhaia help (this was also a problem in my past) because my previous school created traume
