No, being baptised is an outward sign of what has taken place inside. That you have recognised you’re a sinner, asked for forgiveness & are now following Christ.

@@ChristianJune32002 In some cases there is no time to be baptized. For example someone is on their death bed and they believe in Christ as their Lord and Savior.
