In the Spring of 1957 My wife and I went to Madison Square Garden, in NYC to see Billy Graham. That night we accepted The Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord. We were young. Married for only a couple of months. Our lives were changed for ever! Sixty-five years ago! College at a Christian university ensued, children, biological and adopted came into our lives, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Miracle upon Miracle have happened in our lives. The Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior, changed our lives. Amen!

I spent 3 weeks in the Ky blizzard of 77 stranded in house with my grandmother. We watched Billy Graham and made a quilt. I have never cherished a memory more.

All through the Bible, God raised up men to do mighty things in His name and bring many to His Kingdom. Billy Graham is such a man! He was, and still continues to be, a huge blessing to millions of people. Today many have turned from God, stopped reading their Bibles or going to church, and many have become hostile to Christ and His followers, but God is still working mightily through His people. The church I attend doesn't even have 10 people, but I am excited by what God is doing in us and how we are reaching out to others. While we yet breathe, there is work to be done for the Kingdom of God!
The world is worse today than when he preached this sermon. Lord help us. The world is full of evil. People need to wake up. Don't let Jesus pass you by. It's never to late. Jesus is always waiting. We need to pray for our Country, our President and all the evil messed up people in the world. God loves us all. Pray for this virus to go away and we can throw the masks in the trash. I believe in showing respect for the Lord's house. Do you see a change. So different than when I was growing up. So much I miss. Technology is great but it has definitely changed things. Some for the better and some not so good. We just have to do our best and take one day at a time. Definitely pray and stay focused on the Lord.
I started drinking when I was 16. I would drink at parties, but I also started drinking alone because I was unhappy, and I was in a lot of emotional pain all the time. My mom was very aggressive when I was younger, and my brother hated her and so did I. He started hanging out with shady people, he started failing all his classes, he was never home, and my parents fought all the time. I also ran away several times. I was always trying to figure out a reason as to why I was here or what the purpose of life was. So, I started looking at different philosophies, religions, and beliefs. When I was 18 after I was hungover, I got on my knees and I prayed for the first time. I asked if God was real that he would show me he was real because I couldn’t take it anymore. I was crying when I prayed for this. At that moment I felt a presence come over me like a wind. It was barely noticeable, but it was unlike anything in my life I had experienced up until that point. I was surprised when I felt it and I remember saying “what was that?” after that experience I pretty much forgot what happened and kept partying, until my senior year when I got arrested. After my arrest, my parents lost all their trust in me and I was expelled from high school. I was told never to come back to my school. At that time, I felt afraid and hopeless. That’s when I started looking for God, and I prayed that he would reveal himself in my life and that he would give me signs. My prayers began getting answered so consistently that I couldn’t deny that God was doing something. It was mysterious and compelling. I ended up in Church and started reading the bible hours a day. I stopped hanging out with all my other friends because they were continually getting arrested. I was able to forgive my family and myself and to ask to be forgiven. I noticed how at Church people were judgmental and how they formed cliques but were afraid to be around anyone else different from them. It increased my faith because I realized Jesus was not like that and ever since I was young, I saw people as people regardless of who they were. After a while, it’s like I could see God's presence was in my life and then it felt like he wasn’t, and then he was, and then he wasn’t. One day I woke up and felt more depressed than I ever have in my entire life. I felt like I was dying on the inside. That night I prayed, and I said, God, I don’t see my life five years from now I'm going to die Jesus save me Lord, please save me. I was weeping when I said it and when I asked him to save me, I felt a presence inside of me like a heartbeat, and I felt it once like a pulse, and I said Lord please save me and I felt it again even stronger. It was like radiance. When I woke up the next morning, I had transformed everything felt brand new like I was a kid again. All my fears and all my racing thoughts everything was gone. I looked at my hands, and I said this can’t be real, it's impossible. When I looked at myself in the mirror, I saw a different person. I started praying, and the holy spirit became entirely real to me; it was washing over me and inside of me. It was total love and peace, and I heard a voice but not an audible one, it was an inner voice. It said I am with you; I love you, I will never leave you, it’s done it’s finished. That was May 3rd, 2009, and ever since then I’ve followed God, I have seen many things change and many things I know wouldn’t have changed without faith and belief. I know what it’s like to be lost to feel you have no hope. Don’t ever think you’re stuck, or life can’t change because it can. My mom is a Christian now, Its night and day. Some of the things that went away during that period were severe anxiety and my addiction to alcohol. I’ve seen and experienced so many things that are miraculous and seen how God has worked in my life. When we ask God to forgive us for what we’ve done and turn away from our sins and wrongdoings and we believe in Christ's sacrifice everything changes. His word says if we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that he died and rose again we will have eternal life but not just life after death but abundant life in the present. Our sins are erased not only past, present, and future but our burdens and fears are lifted also. Our thoughts, our minds, our hearts, our souls are transformed and united with God and we know his spirit lives in us. If you seek, pray, and knock you will know JESUS IS KING!!! HE LIVES!

Amen thanks for sharing your story I read this and glad Jesus came into your life and saved you, Jesus cane in and saved me when I was 15 years old, I felt it that night I went in prayed with our deacon of the church I confessed with my mouth believed Jesus died for the sins of the world and rose on the 3rd day in my heart and right then I had a feeling the holy spirit was all over me I felt so free and calm and at a peace was over me I felt so free I felt like I could jump up and over the parking lot and just jeep going but it was such a real feeling of love and Jesus saving me and loving me and everything was going to be alright, that's been some years ago now. And I been married and divorced and went through some very hard positions I'm my life and I felt I wasn't right with lord during the hard Times in my life and I knew he was in my heart still ever since that day and even though I hadn't been serving Jesus like I was when I was a younger man, Jesus never left me and he put me into places I needed to be and things I had to go through in my life to really start looking and realizing that Jesus was with me through everything I had ever been through even when I didn't feel him there I knew in hardships in my life I went into my heart and started praying and talking to my Lord and savior Jesus and every moment he's has been by my side and loved me and kept me and I'm 36 now I see how the world is going today with earthquakes, famines, people don't love each other or have much love in them and the war that broke out in Jerusalem 2 days ago it really has opened my eyes and I felt In my heart that Jesus is so close to coming back I staring praying and asking the Lord is this the signs of the Time of your coming back Lord it feels like it is all happening just as God's word said it would and has I wanted to share this testimony with whoever may see this and read it Jesus can and will save you believe in him and confess your sins and trust with your heart in Jesus Christ he is the light of the world amen.
My Lord had saved my soul from the fire of hell when I had died in 2016, if I can remember well.I know that He has a good reason for me to com e back. I am to share his word and goodness in salvation. Jesus can appear any moment. Please e accept Jesus into your heart before it is too late which it can be in a blink of an eye. Our Only Hope , you need to just believe. It’s a free gift. There’s nothing you can do in your filthy flesh to give to God, or to help save yourself. It is finished. Just believe the Word. In Our Flesh Dwelleth NO GOOD THING! * Hating even the garment Spotted by the Flesh! ( Jude 1:23)- and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Rom 9:8- That is, they which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God, but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. You need to be born again of the Incorruptible seed. How do you do that? Believe the gospel. That the mediator Jesus died and was buried and God raised him from the dead. If you believe it in your heart, you will be saved. But you must believe it. Billy Graham is a false teacher, sneaking in works. You only can get the eternal Spirit by believing. And if you don’t have it, you are none of His. Rom 8:9- but ye are not in the flesh but in the spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ he is none of His. Belief is the only WAY to get the Spirit! Enter His Rest!! It Is Finished!! Your sins are forgotten!! 1John 1:8- If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the Truth is not in us. Who is the WAY and the TRUTH, and the LIFE?? I dreamt about 5 years ago Christ came and he was in the sky sitting on his throne and He was HUGE!! The whole world could see him and I dropped and everyone around me dropped to their knees and I was begging him to take me. To, anybody who’s reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. For more than 20 years I had several operations and had a lot of pain the doctors gave up on me, they said that I must get a donor but You did not give up on me. You healed my kidney issues. Surrendering your life to Jesus Christ is irrelevant. He wants nothing to do with it. He surrendered HIS LIFE your behalf, and the Father accepted it. Believe that God raised him from the dead and confess, and you shall be saved. In no other way does one enter into life. When Mr Graham says surrender, he is saying stop trying to save yourself through your behavior, having a "personal relationship" and not backsliding from it. He says the opposite of what many think. He is a far better preacher than I ever could be, having led 100'000s of thousands, if not millions in his lifetime to the Lord. I haven't. But that should be worded better by him.

In the Spring of 1957 My wife and I went to Madison Square Garden, in NYC to see Billy Graham. That night we accepted The Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord. We were young. Married for only a couple of months. Our lives were changed for ever! Sixty-five years ago! College at a Christian university ensued, children, biological and adopted came into our lives, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Miracle upon Miracle have happened in our lives. The Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior, changed our lives. Amen!

I believe in showing respect for the Lord's house. Do you see a change. So different than when I was growing up. So much I miss. Technology is great but it has definitely changed things. Some for the better and some not so good. We just have to do our best and take one day at a time. Definitely pray and stay focused on the Lord.

I started drinking when I was 16. I would drink at parties, but I also started drinking alone because I was unhappy, and I was in a lot of emotional pain all the time. My mom was very aggressive when I was younger, and my brother hated her and so did I. He started hanging out with shady people, he started failing all his classes, he was never home, and my parents fought all the time. I also ran away several times. I was always trying to figure out a reason as to why I was here or what the purpose of life was. So, I started looking at different philosophies, religions, and beliefs. When I was 18 after I was hungover, I got on my knees and I prayed for the first time. I asked if God was real that he would show me he was real because I couldn’t take it anymore. I was crying when I prayed for this. At that moment I felt a presence come over me like a wind. It was barely noticeable, but it was unlike anything in my life I had experienced up until that point. I was surprised when I felt it and I remember saying “what was that?” after that experience I pretty much forgot what happened and kept partying, until my senior year when I got arrested. After my arrest, my parents lost all their trust in me and I was expelled from high school. I was told never to come back to my school. At that time, I felt afraid and hopeless. That’s when I started looking for God, and I prayed that he would reveal himself in my life and that he would give me signs. My prayers began getting answered so consistently that I couldn’t deny that God was doing something. It was mysterious and compelling. I ended up in Church and started reading the bible hours a day. I stopped hanging out with all my other friends because they were continually getting arrested. I was able to forgive my family and myself and to ask to be forgiven. I noticed how at Church people were judgmental and how they formed cliques but were afraid to be around anyone else different from them. It increased my faith because I realized Jesus was not like that and ever since I was young, I saw people as people regardless of who they were. After a while, it’s like I could see God's presence was in my life and then it felt like he wasn’t, and then he was, and then he wasn’t. One day I woke up and felt more depressed than I ever have in my entire life. I felt like I was dying on the inside. That night I prayed, and I said, God, I don’t see my life five years from now I'm going to die Jesus save me Lord, please save me. I was weeping when I said it and when I asked him to save me, I felt a presence inside of me like a heartbeat, and I felt it once like a pulse, and I said Lord please save me and I felt it again even stronger. It was like radiance. When I woke up the next morning, I had transformed everything felt brand new like I was a kid again. All my fears and all my racing thoughts everything was gone. I looked at my hands, and I said this can’t be real, it's impossible. When I looked at myself in the mirror, I saw a different person. I started praying, and the holy spirit became entirely real to me; it was washing over me and inside of me. It was total love and peace, and I heard a voice but not an audible one, it was an inner voice. It said I am with you; I love you, I will never leave you, it’s done it’s finished. That was May 3rd, 2009, and ever since then I’ve followed God, I have seen many things change and many things I know wouldn’t have changed without faith and belief. I know what it’s like to be lost to feel you have no hope. Don’t ever think you’re stuck, or life can’t change because it can. My mom is a Christian now, Its night and day. Some of the things that went away during that period were severe anxiety and my addiction to alcohol. I’ve seen and experienced so many things that are miraculous and seen how God has worked in my life. When we ask God to forgive us for what we’ve done and turn away from our sins and wrongdoings and we believe in Christ's sacrifice everything changes. His word says if we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that he died and rose again we will have eternal life but not just life after death but abundant life in the present. Our sins are erased not only past, present, and future but our burdens and fears are lifted also. Our thoughts, our minds, our hearts, our souls are transformed and united with God and we know his spirit lives in us. If you seek, pray, and knock you will know JESUS IS KING!!! HE LIVES!

Amen thanks for sharing your story I read this and glad Jesus came into your life and saved you, Jesus cane in and saved me when I was 15 years old, I felt it that night I went in prayed with our deacon of the church I confessed with my mouth believed Jesus died for the sins of the world and rose on the 3rd day in my heart and right then I had a feeling the holy spirit was all over me I felt so free and calm and at a peace was over me I felt so free I felt like I could jump up and over the parking lot and just jeep going but it was such a real feeling of love and Jesus saving me and loving me and everything was going to be alright, that's been some years ago now. And I been married and divorced and went through some very hard positions I'm my life and I felt I wasn't right with lord during the hard Times in my life and I knew he was in my heart still ever since that day and even though I hadn't been serving Jesus like I was when I was a younger man, Jesus never left me and he put me into places I needed to be and things I had to go through in my life to really start looking and realizing that Jesus was with me through everything I had ever been through even when I didn't feel him there I knew in hardships in my life I went into my heart and started praying and talking to my Lord and savior Jesus and every moment he's has been by my side and loved me and kept me and I'm 36 now I see how the world is going today with earthquakes, famines, people don't love each other or have much love in them and the war that broke out in Jerusalem 2 days ago it really has opened my eyes and I felt In my heart that Jesus is so close to coming back I staring praying and asking the Lord is this the signs of the Time of your coming back Lord it feels like it is all happening just as God's word said it would and has I wanted to share this testimony with whoever may see this and read it Jesus can and will save you believe in him and confess your sins and trust with your heart in Jesus Christ he is the light of the world amen.

Surrendering your life to Jesus Christ is irrelevant. He wants nothing to do with it. He surrendered HIS LIFE your behalf, and the Father accepted it. Believe that God raised him from the dead and confess, and you shall be saved. In no other way does one enter into life. When Mr Graham says surrender, he is saying stop trying to save yourself through your behavior, having a "personal relationship" and not backsliding from it. He says the opposite of what many think. He is a far better preacher than I ever could be, having led 100'000s of thousands, if not millions in his lifetime to the Lord. I haven't. But that should be worded better by him.

I can see my beautiful great grandma sitting in her chair listening to Mr.Graham being into ever word he says with her her lil hands in her lap.She lived to be 97yrs old and she was such a beautiful lady and this reminds me so much of her!I am so blessed to have had her my life til i was 22yr but i know she is enjoying herself with our Heavenly Father and i will see her again🥰😇 I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH MARY ARCHER SIMMONS 😘😘😘💜💜💜

Thank God for Billy Graham and his legacy lives on through his teaching's. His words are still relevant, now in October 2021.
Jesus died for Christians sins! However the sins of Christians still continued on and will continue on.... and depending on the degree of sin an individual Christian commit, he will face consequence on earth - jail, police, court cases, relationship breakups, guilt and so on.... Why is that Jesus died for your sinful proclivity in the heart of believers????? So that the Church members sinful desires from their heart go away from the core of their heart, so that Church members don't do Sexual Abuse... Time has come to stop this nonsense that Jesus died for you,..
And start taking steps to not to commit sin.,, causing harm to yourself and harm to society. The only way to get rid of sinful roots in our heart is through getting higher taste so that we are not interested in lower pleasures. The proven methods are -Yoga, meditation, Pranayama, Mantra Japa. No other way.

I went to a Billy Graham crusade at Cleveland, Ohio in 1972. I also went to a crusade in England in the 1980s while in the Air Force. I got saved in 1971. I’m thankful for Billy Graham as he was one of the best preachers I’ve ever heard

Thursday August 8th 2024 12:23 pm noon St Cloud Mn listening to BG in my living room with my 4 year old and 4 month old. Lord Jesus remember me and my family on that great day
When I was six years old my sweet grandmother took me to see this man at a crusade in Jackson Mississippi. He spoke to my heart through these words and I accepted Jesus that day. I left Jesus many times over the next 50 years but he never abandoned me. Many times Jesus was all I had. Thank you Jesus for forgiving my many sins and loving me all through my rebellion. I love you Jesus.
