I get so much involved in running the business that I missed out in management
As an entrepreneur your job is to create the system not run the business. Too many entrepreneur especially the most creative ones pick a business they have passion and purpose for and fall far too in love with their creation and won't let someone else run things because they are still attached to the life of a worker and can't let go and just create and move on.
On point. ✅ I struggle to let go cos I’m scared no one can do things to my expectation. This can really impact expansion in a business. 😢
