Thank you for explanation. Adana’s food is the one of the best foods in Turkey . I’m living Adana and every explanation is really true . Also that’s songs is inappropriate because we are not Egyptian or Arab anyways thank you
It is great to see you know every detail about the foods you eat in Turkey, wonderful video. Thank you so much for showing people that Turkey is not a middle eastern country.
First of all, thank you for the video you shot. I am from Adana, and I have seen very few people who explain Adana food in such detail. You really gave very detailed and accurate information, people from outside especially look at şırdan with a lot of criticism (because of its appearance). I can feel the taste you get while eating the food as much as you do. 😅😅
What you call worchestershire or balsamic is actually pomegranate molasses. Not very popular in the North, but in it's in everything down in south. Check it out. Turkish: Nar Ekșisi
The people of Adana are one of the most sincere and at the same time can be most aggressive (in case you touch their nerves) of the Türkiye. They literally shoots to the sun in summer time.😂 By the way, I have never eaten that şırdan in my life as a Turk.
Sir, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for introducing the food from my city in a very professional manner. It was often pomegranate syrup :) it is used in many salads, mushrooms and other dishes. Stay healthy sir🫡 Warm greetings from Germany
Nice video again! We dont use wastershire a lot here but that syrup actually is called ''Nar ekşisi'' and its actually pomegranate syrup. We use it a lot with sides (meze) and salats. Cant wait for your next adventure!
Nice work on the food video about Adana! As a local, I can guarantee he discovered some delicious places to check out. Just so you know, the mushrooms are a tad sweet because the marinade has a little bit of pomegranate sour in it😊
Please don't use arab's traditional musics or middle eastern musics when you are showing Turk's food culture or tradition. Because, in the world people are seeing Turks as Arabs or they are thinking our tradition same as arabs.
