First of all, thank you for the video you shot. I am from Adana, and I have seen very few people who explain Adana food in such detail. You really gave very detailed and accurate information, people from outside especially look at şırdan with a lot of criticism (because of its appearance). I can feel the taste you get while eating the food as much as you do. 😅😅

Please don't use arab's traditional musics or middle eastern musics when you are showing Turk's food culture or tradition. Because, in the world people are seeing Turks as Arabs or they are thinking our tradition same as arabs.

Actually, there is no vinegar in tomatoes and other things, it is the sauce called pomegranate syrup that gives that taste and color.
