I'm trying to learn more about Agile, Waterfall, Lean, and all of those methodologies that are used as tools in project management. Do you have any video recommendations? Do you think that a strong knowledge base in those areas is important for a PM?
Yes I think it would do a lot of good to expand into Agile and Lean as it will equip you for whatever environments you may end up at. Unfortunately, I do not have any specific recommendations for videos, but I am sure TH-cam hold loads of such videos.

I want to start studying for the PMP exam and I see you're super knowledgable what should I use to study? I am currently active duty and have access to free Coursera courses but I noticed there's a lot of project management courses from intro, construction, google, foundation, agile. What do you suggest is best to use?
For the PMP exam, you need to study material made for the PMP. My 45 set videos, along with some of my PMP exam update videos, and reading the Agile Practice Guide should do the trick. Best of luck!
Hello Edward, As I am planning to appear for PMP 2021 certification and there has been a change in the exam pattern in 2021, should I still go through all these videos as they are based on PMBOK edition 6th, with the latest edition being 7th?
Those are the ones I am adding these days. However, you can still study with the existing Pmp videos in the channel as they cover pmbok6 fully. You can read the agile practice guide to fill the gaps for the new exam.
I do not have an online course. You can watch my videos and the newer updates on what else to watch beyond the 45 video series. It seems to work for a lot of people.

Well the best thing you can do is study well and learn the terminologies and what each process does so you can have confidence during the exam. I have been told by a recent exam taker that she got many questions regarding where certain documents or plans were prepared or updated and also contents of these documents and plans. You need to keep a mental image of the project management process and what happens at each stage. Try to understand rather than memorize the processes and their deliverables. Good luck!
It covers at least 75-80% of the new exam as it is based on the older model. However, I have published videos guiding viewers on how to fill the gap and what else to review

PMBOK7 will be in effect Jan 2021 unless it gets pushed out later. I would recommend you use these videos to get certified this year as there are lots of resources available to you now. PMBOK7 will be different, but the concepts will not change. However, try and get certified this year.

I want to start studying for the PMP exam and I see you're super knowledgable what should I use to study? I am currently active duty and have access to free Coursera courses but I noticed there's a lot of project management courses from intro, construction, google, foundation, agile. What do you suggest is best to use?
For the PMP exam, you need to study material made for the PMP. My 45 set videos, along with some of my PMP exam update videos, and reading the Agile Practice Guide should do the trick. Best of luck!

Hello Edward, As I am planning to appear for PMP 2021 certification and there has been a change in the exam pattern in 2021, should I still go through all these videos as they are based on PMBOK edition 6th, with the latest edition being 7th?
New exam is still based on PMBOK6. Yes. Go thru the videos and then read the Agile Practice Guide that came with PMBOK6.

Where I can find training videos for 2021 PMP certification ,in which 50% is Agile and 50% is waterfall.
Those are the ones I am adding these days. However, you can still study with the existing Pmp videos in the channel as they cover pmbok6 fully. You can read the agile practice guide to fill the gaps for the new exam.

Well the best thing you can do is study well and learn the terminologies and what each process does so you can have confidence during the exam. I have been told by a recent exam taker that she got many questions regarding where certain documents or plans were prepared or updated and also contents of these documents and plans. You need to keep a mental image of the project management process and what happens at each stage. Try to understand rather than memorize the processes and their deliverables. Good luck!

It covers at least 75-80% of the new exam as it is based on the older model. However, I have published videos guiding viewers on how to fill the gap and what else to review

hi... i have one question, the trutotial is made based on PMBOK 6 and i heard that PMBOK 7will be released in 3rd quarter of 2020... will there be a huge difference in both the versions (PMBOK 6 and PMBOK 7)

PMBOK7 will be in effect Jan 2021 unless it gets pushed out later. I would recommend you use these videos to get certified this year as there are lots of resources available to you now. PMBOK7 will be different, but the concepts will not change. However, try and get certified this year.
