Seems like the hairraiser might be at a disadvantage now. Although when the update drops, it will be getting some AP. Im gonna stick with it for now and see what happens after release.

It’s got some pretty good DPS, but lacks utility against armored targets. That’s a deal breaker for someone like me who spends a lot of time in DR, but if you don’t fight hordes that often it’s not a huge deal. The raptor is a more versatile weapon that’s cheaper and a better overall tool imo. Just lacks DPS
On its own I wouldn’t say it’s a trash weapon, however, there are weapons out there that do the job as well if not better for the same price. The tempest and raptor both have better CC with similar DPS while being similarly priced. They also have armor pen. This weapon needs to have at least 20% to be competitive.
@@FatalSystem-DFI agree with the 20% AP capability. I was eager to try it out but then when I saw it didn’t have PVE Armor penetration, it kinda disappointed me. If they decide to add the PVE Armor Pen to the Avalanche, that would be great. But it's up to them to decide.

Trash gun? It seems to have a high damage (with 160% damage) but a pretty poor mass control
