Hollow donut is another famous street food in Asia, it is hollow inside and coated with crunchy sesame seeds all around. It is slightly sweet that you can have it by itself or you can have it with coffee or tea. It is easy to make and today I can show you how.💕

📌 Activate the yeast
▪️ Warm Milk - 1 Cup
▪️ Active Dry Yeast - 1 Tsp
▪️ Sugar - 4 Tbsp
▪️ All Purpose Flour - 2 Cups - 310g
▪️ Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
▪️ Salt - 1/2 Tsp
▪️ White Sesame Seeds - Raw
📌 Let it rest 15 minutes before frying them
