One correction, you do not need to attach the coil charger. You only need the remote charger and the single USB cable for the WS6 module. Sorry about that.
Remember WSA II Andy WSA II Xl will require updating. Remember current deus 2 updater doesn’t give capability to update WSA headphones. This will change. Btw. I have update. I am a tester. Cheers

You will have to update the headphones after updating the Deus II. The charging cable that comes with the Deus II for the headphones will not allow recognition of the headphones to the web site. You will need a data cable with the standard USB A with the USB B end plug that fits into the headphones. It must be DATA capable and not just power capable. Not sure why they did that but it is what it is. Does anyone know if after the update, do I also have to update the Pin Pointer?

I am looking forward to you doing the step-by-step update once it's out you're very intelligent and very helpful I use the WS6 puck main controller quick question I couldn't find the XYZ screen I'm assuming it doesn't have it that's all thank you some of the other features also missing different from the main but it's a nice little feature now have two machines instead of one
Good refresher.....im a touch leery of the update.....i felt the 1st update took away a little depth from the original software....who knows though.....looking forward to the update review
Not sure on the preset question but the programs IMO work just fine out of the box. Yes you can make them better but compared to the original Deus this machine has been a joy to use from the moment you power it on.

Just bought mine yesterday, does the coil itself not have any update process? Wow what a bunch of stuff to learn, coming from an equinox 600 😂

You will use single cable to update WSA headphones just like you do when updating WS6 module.

Just got my D2 master....no mention of how to update the coil on here. Do you have to pair the coil to the master first? aargh !
Yes you need the coiled paired to the Master before you do the update.
I wonder if they have found a way around clearing presets but I doubt it. Also I hope they have tweaked the programs so they actually work well now 👍

The XP tech descsriptions of the update totally SUCK. A simple list of click button one, click plus button etc would be much more helpful
