I’m due with my second in End of July and with the peri bottle I found that it felt best for me if I put warm water in it to use it not cold or hot. So I couldn’t ask anyone to do it for me because I needed the perfect temperature.

I would advise looking up "Frida Mom Postpartum kit" on amazon or trying to find the items separately in-store.
