What's the important IP RATING?Hill climbing ...etc. How bright the screen & indicator lights fron & rear in the sunlight? Good intro. Ride fafe.Thanks.😊
I bought one of these for a backup to my Mantis King GT. Great scooter. I added a Kaabo thumb throttle since the stock finger throttle is so uncomfortable for me. If you angle the finger throttle to a more comfortable position it blocks the signal light. So that's the only problem I came across. But I recommend spending the extra for MKGT, more power, ride is more stable and Samsung cells. Mantis X is a nice looking scooter 😁
@@tukan20111 Mkgt is about $700-$800CAN more. It reaches speeds of 70 km/h. It's not for slow riding at all. I always go 50+ km/h on mine all the time 🤣
I have bad roads, it's scary to drive more than 40 km per hour, so I took x-eliminated many shortcomings - folding mechanism, strips, display with charging gadgets, normal splashers (I often get into the rain), adjustable suspension, water protection. I would have loved to have taken the GT - but I just have nowhere to use its power (@justwon888
Upgraded 800x2 version of this scooter how much heavier? top speed is same? (did motor winding actually change? added another parallel? same number of turns = kV?)

The MKGT scooter costs $1,000 more. It is more suitable for slow and comfortable movement around the city at a speed of 30-40 km / h.

More like most of the time?😂
In New Zealand this 2x800W model is the Mantis X Pro Storm edition. Not unique to Epic in the US it seems

Does this have cruise control?
Yeah. It’s not that good tho, no matter what speed you’re in when cruise control activates you drop a few miles in speed and it’s very weird.
Do you ship out to UK just wondering 😊
We can, but it would be very expensive. Not sure if it would be worthwhile to be honest.
Cheers mate wont bother w with that one.@epiccycles9
Can this be upgrade with thumb throttle?
Yes no problem it can be switched to thumb throttle if you prefer
It’s free to with the scooter
Where to buy?
