I dunno if this will help, but it's worth a shot. I found this on the ghast page on minecraft wiki: Ghasts aim at the camera instead of the player character. Pressing F5 (third person) allowed one to easily send the fireball over their head (depending on the angle, right? i would guess you gotta look down, like 45⁰-90⁰) This was fixed in beta 1.7, so it should work. Good content, and as per usual, i look forward to the next episode :)
