World is coming great so far! I've been catching up on the series, because i forgot about it ever since the delay from a year ago. An idea i have is to make a tower which overlooks the main town area, maybe position it somewhere centrally or along the shore - you decide. I always build a tower in my survival worlds, it's worth it lol. Also make some spare minecarts
Absolutely love Brickdonalds, just a fun vibe and kinda reminds me of something stampy would build in his town or funland. I'm also very happy to hear that the dogs love their cobblestone home, I was getting rather worried that they may start to dislike it.
Could probably put a Windmill somewhere and put a wheat and sugar farm near it, also another thing a lot of worlds in Beta had was Pixel Art(Might make the mob farm a bit better looking than a giant Cobblestone wall)
I have a passive mobfarm in my beta 1.5 world. It's pretty much like your monster farm, but with grass and light. Also it is way smaller in scale, but at a place where I walk throught a lot so I can just kill the few sheeps and cows and stuff who pop up. It's pretty effective during night when those are the only lit up grassblocks around. That way it is easy to get whool. or you could always restart your spider den project again. edit: 10:10 I shouldn't post the comment before finishing the video. And I didn't think of using the cactus to kill the spiders. If I find a spider spawner I will do the same.

Could put some furnaces with pressure plates on top behind the counter to look like grills. Also could have buckets of milk as like milkshakes
