Mama Sue makes PEANUT BUTTER BARS | Old school lunchroom recipe | Quick and easy dessert treat

- This recipe takes me back to my elementary school days when we had delicious desserts. One was a Peanut Butter Bar with frosting. It's not exactly the way I remember them, but it is pretty close. Harold said he even likes these without the frosting if you want to save some calories. You notice that I didn't cut calories!

Sue, it looked like your powdered sugar was a heaping 4 cups. I think that’s the problem, plus it may have packed down some.
It's always like that with powdered sugar frosting I think
