    Thank you so much for this video... plz can you explain how to measure miRNA expression by real time pcr and also SNP genotyping by allel specific discrimination... I have an exam next month and I completely lost😭

    How does the genome knows when to produce miRNA?

    • @mijaelleo570
      @mijaelleo570 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This can occur due to changes in the environment since we remember that miRAs are an epigenetic element, basically, if you submit under a specific condition that affects your body, the latter will somehow react trying to look for homeostasis (clearly not always succeeds) and because of this it can suppress or generate that certain genes are encoded.
      This is a very general response and I hope it helps you hehe, I really like epigenetics where the miRNAs or lncRNAs, transposons and among other elements are.

    How are reporter assay GFP designed? How did they know the 3’UTR sequence?

    • @animatedbiologywitharpan
      @animatedbiologywitharpan  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      all 3 prime UTR / 5 prime UTR seq are avaliable from UCSC genome browser.

    How does this work with or against the vaccine?

    • @animatedbiologywitharpan
      @animatedbiologywitharpan  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      miRNA present in the human body are not complementary to the viral mRNA used as vaccine. So must likely it wont interfere.
