    I would love to get a T shirt or a hat. Just let m know how. I also liked the way you used your shop vac with your Kreig Jig. I've got mine hooked up to the table saw, now I can keep even more dust down.

      Table saws will really ruin your fingers. I was ripping a small board, and ended up shredding the tips of my right index and middle fingers...

    Cool video, But the typical way for cabinet doors is the vertical (styles) run full length and the horizontal (rails) run in-between. Also, being that it is a mobile rv that would see unpredictable climates, the center panels should be free of gluing to allow for any expansion or contraction. Just my two cents..

    I'm building a VW Caddy short wheelbase and it's becoming expensive. Bigger vans would cost a lot. Seems like I spend 200 every time I go to the hardware store.

    Note to anyone thinking of making TH-cam videos: Music is not necessary for making entertaining and informative videos. Period. But if you insist on using musical tracks in your videos, don't set the music volume in your videos louder than the speech. [Honestly, I came for the info about making cabinets and I could do without the music entirely. When I'm looking for music, I don't browse TH-cam channels with "Van Build" in their name. Know what I mean?]
    It was fine while he was talking in the beginning, then the music came on and I had to LOWER THE VOLUME because it was SO LOUD. And then, when he started talking again, I had to RAISE THE VOLUME in order to hear what he was saying. And the LOWER THE VOLUME when the music volume went up again, and RAISE THE VOLUME when he started talking again. And so on. And so on. Annoying AF. If you forego the music altogether, then there will be no problem with the volume.
    And for anyone who wants to comment something like "This is an early video, he's just learning." Fine. I get that. But I'm hoping that any other potential TH-camr who reads this comment will take on the wisdom I'm offering and not make the same mistake when they start publishing their videos.

    • @AnkeneyVanBuilds
      @AnkeneyVanBuilds  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sounds like it’s more of a volume control issue more than music. I am still learning the editing thing. But I can assure you, having timelapses with no music is awkward and frankly really boring. It also doesn’t help that non copyright music is garbage so a lot of my time is spent finding songs that aren’t extremely obnoxious. Thanks for the feedback and I’ll continue to try to improve

    • @livinginthenow
      @livinginthenow 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@AnkeneyVanBuilds I can appreciate that, from the creator's perspective, the time lapse footage seems boring. For those interested in the topic, and who haven't seen it all before (because they weren't there during the build), it really isn't. But, yes, the primary problem is the volume control. All that being said, I do enjoy your content. This van build is going to be spectacular!
