Those locs should be kept for someone post chemo and made into a wig. He takes excellent care of his hair. Buildup was virtually nonexistent.

I did the big chop too and wanted to donate them but they only take hair they can comb. Wish I knew someone who could do it.
I cut mine and tried. They don't want locs. Maybe someone who makes wigs

My son is a barber and it amazes me how someone can come in looking one way and leave looking like a totally different person,all at d hands of someone who had no formal training but has gifted hands!

Dang, I did the same thing about a month ago. I didn’t tell anyone I was going to cut my locks and when I showed up to work on Monday a lot of people didn’t recognize me (😂LOL) even my mom was shocked. My lock journey came to an end for a new beginning.
Is it true you can just re-attach them if you keep them? So versatile!

I love how you teach, so good at it and what you do for those girls is outstanding. That guy has to feel strange for a while without his locks but the weight off must be amazing too and he looks great, I wish we could see the responses he will get from his friends and family back home.
