Love Demon Knight, one of the most underrated comedic horror films of all time. I still have my VHS tape from back then. The cast was great, actually Billy Zane and Jada Pinkett is what drew me to the movie initially. They both were the perfect villain and hero. Really should have been a sequel.
I could not click fast enough when I see this! One of my all time favorites, great cast, great production and direction and an absolutely great story and premise. All that wrapped up with some epic twisted humor and wicked fun that Tales from The Crypt delivers so well.
I actually saw this in the theater (god, i am old....) and it was fun horror/comedy but what made it awesome was Billy Zane's performance. He has this charm but at the same time danger about him in this film that keeps you on your toes because you don't know when he is going to snap... it made it interesting.
I just rewatched this last week! I still like it. Also, I might be wrong, but the lead guy was also on the first episode of Tales from the Crypt I think. After Demon Knight I downloaded all the Tales from the Crypt episodes. I thought that was kinda cool that the first lead star on the first episode went and played in the first movie release!
I enjoy this and Bordello of Blood both, they're a lot of fun with a horror edge to them, and both are under-rated. Demon Knight is the better of the two though.

I met Billy Zane last year at a convention ( remember those) he sat on a platform above us all and had this scarf and fancy hat like an "ARTIST" But nice guy very kind and soft spoken
Well that was unfair. In my opinion Pet Semetary Two was not that bad and only suffered because it lacked Stephen King's writing. I'd call it a guilty pleasure if I felt guilty about liking it lol.
Yeah I loved both, Jared Rushton from Big is now a punk bully in Pet Semetary 2. And Clancy Brown from Shawshank was funny and gave that bully what he had coming to him.
I loved Demon Knight and I even liked Bordello of Blood, although it was way too fang-in-cheek compared to the more serious(ish) Demon Knight. I think had they been able to add The Frighteners and FromDuck Till Dawn, it would’ve been a pretty damn good group of movies worthy of a deluxe Blu-ray box set (never mind that Ritual disc 😂) That Dead Chill sounded pretty good, too for that matter.

Whenever the name Billy Zane comes up, this is always the movie that comes to mind because it's the first credited role I could remember his name from. For whatever reason I've always thought William Sadler always looked old (facially), so it's kind of odd now that he's actually old. My favorite band, Machine Head, did the song for the closing credits on the soundtrack. It was later I found out that it was more of a demo version (perhaps made when they were in between drummers), because a more nuanced and polished version was later released as a bonus track on their second album.
I remember this movie great classic film of Horror not only that it was me and my dad's favorite film when it came to tells in the Crypt and I will say this is like one of the best films that was literally aired on TV every night and especially when it came to collecting the films I will say this I will never forget watching this film in the middle of the night but my dad just having a fun time laughing and getting into the film it was just great I think the actors also make the whole entire film what it is and every way possible

I saw this in the theaters while visiting my father. I had to sleep in the living room by myself that night. The huge plants kept me up all night. In the dark they look exactly like these demons. Lol. One of the few times a horror movie shook me. The Puppetmasters is the other time.

Demon knight and bordello of blood are two movies that are the reason I still own a DVD player. I found them both on a collection in a bin and couldn't believe my luck! Love them both!
A local independent theater by me had a showing of this movie in 2018. Then in conjunction with the comic-con going on that weekend, they a Q&A and meet and greet with John Kassir afterwards. A really nice guy!

God I have been trying to remember the name of this movie for years! Loved this movie as a kid and even owned a Crypt Keeper doll because of how awesome I thought it was!
Demon knight and bordello of blood are two movies that are the reason I still own a DVD player. I found them both on a collection in a bin and couldn't believe my luck! Love them both!

A local independent theater by me had a showing of this movie in 2018. Then in conjunction with the comic-con going on that weekend, they a Q&A and meet and greet with John Kassir afterwards. A really nice guy!
For me it’s a timeless classic, can still enjoy it today.
