Very nice sir. I have a Model 1919 Bayard and a Model 1909 Pieper-Bayard. I’m actually taking the 1919 out today with some .22 Shorts. CCI and a couple other companies still make .22 Short in several loadings to this day. The company name and patent info will be stamped along the top of the barrel, you may have to get it in the right light to read it. Greetings from Australia.
NO i have never tried the shorts yet but i have some rounds so i will for surly take it back out and try it, Thanks for the good info. Thanks' for watching and the support
@@jahunterplus415 Only guessing because I have an old Stevens visible loader that the bullets stick when shooting 22lr but it works perfect with 22 shorts.
I would get them restored 😊
Yes i am going to get them restored and give one each to my kids. Thanks for watching and thanks for the support

Yes thanks for the tip i was actually in the gun store the other day and seen them there. Thanks for watching and thanks for the support.
Have you tried the 22 shorts yet? I'm thinking the normal 22 rounds are too powerful and they are swelling in the chamber and getting stuck.
