Hey Andy!! 🥰🥰 Really miss you and Shane Hewitt (?). As for this jump rope stuff.... 😟 Any way to jump rope with "non-funtioning" knees? 😱. Bottom line you young folks...... TAKE CARE OF YER KNEES!!! (THIS came as a shock to me......😩). ♥️♥️♥️👍👍
